15、coniacalibrationsteps校准数值的设置:CalibrationnumericalSettings:S710红外分析仪主机测量组分为:S02、NO,CO,C02;使用高纯氮气为零点气体,可以在6、3、2、1中进行设定,分别设定4个组分的被测项为0;在6、3、2、3-6中分别设置SO2、NO,CO,CO2的终点数值(根据气瓶浓度值为准)。S710infraredanalyzerhostmeasurementgroupisdividedinto:SO2,NO,COandCO2;Usehighpuritynitrogengas,canbeinforzero6,3,2,1Setting

17、librationstatus(calibrationindicator).Atthispointpressthebuttontocalibrationcomponents,componentsofcalibration.Calibration1、校准气体分析仪的零点,按一下【N2】按钮,【N2】灯亮1,calibrationgasesanalyzerzero,click【N2】button,N2】emitlight后系统的零点气N2阀(Y1.4)打开,零点气N2向气体分析仪供气,这时可以调节样气流量计使之满足流量后(即气体分析仪的流量指示0.5到0.7L/min左右,充气时间最少1分钟)即可

33、oandendcalibrationproceduresand02calibrationStepS.标准气非常昂贵且对人体有害,用完后请及时关闭气瓶减压阀。StandardgaSveryexpenSiveandharmfultohumanbody,pleaSepromptlyShutdownafteruSingcylinderpreSSure-reliefvalveS.当完成以上的工作后,按动【手动校准】按钮使之弹起,此时整个校准过程完毕。若要重复某一过程,可重复上述操作,使之处于某种校准状态。Whenfinishedabovework,pressthemanualcalibrationbut

34、tonmakeup,astheentirecalibrationprocessfinished.Ifwanttorepeataprocess,canrepeattheaboveoperation,makeinsomecalibrationstatus.四、按钮操作注意事项Four,buttonoperationcaution在手动校准时,流量报警是被屏蔽的,即无法通过流量报警来提示气体流量,须由操作人员来确认气体流量是否满足要求。inmanualcalibration,flowalarmisblocked,namelycannotpassflowalarmtotipgasflow,should

35、bemadebyoperatorstoconfirmthegasflowwhethermeettherequirements.若在操作中按下手动、取样、反吹、校准中的两个以上的按钮,系统将执行最先按下的按钮的功能,后按下的按钮功能视为无效操作。该按钮的指示灯将出现频闪,提示操作错误。请将该按钮弹起复位。Ifintheoperationpressmanual,sampling,counterblowing,calibrationoftwoormorebutton,thesystemwillperformthefirstpressafterthefunctionalityofthebuttons,

36、clickbuttonfunctionsasinvalidoperation.Thisbuttonwillappearthestrobelights,indicatingoperatingerrors.Pleasesendthisbuttonpop-upreset.在结束前一个动作功能后,再开始下一个动作功能,以免造成不必要的误操作,影响系统的正常运行。Intheend,afteramovementfunctiontoamovementfunction,soastoavoidunnecessarywrongoperation,influeneethesystemrunsnormally.系统中

37、自动运行状态的优先级为最高。即任何手动状态功能在未结束的状态下,只要启动自动运行功能,系统就转为自动运行状态,其它手动功能视为无效,并有频闪指示,提醒复位。Systemofautomaticworkingstatusasthehighestpriority.Whichmeansanymanualstatefunctioninsunfinishedstate,aslongasthestartupautorunfunction,thesystemintoautomaticoperationstate,othermanualfunctions,andthereisconsideredinvalids

38、trobeandinstructions,remindreset.若此时关闭自动状态,手动”功能的指示灯仍频闪,须复位后重新启动该手动功能。Ifclosedthistimeautomaticstate,manualfunctionofstrobelightsstillmustreattachmentrestartthemanualfunctions.当系统处于自动状态下,此时若开启任意手动”功能,均视为无效操作,且指示灯频闪,提示复位。Whenthesystemisinautomaticstate,thenifopenarbitrarymanualfunction,shallberegarde

41、麦哈克(北京)仪器有限公司的DAS系统,也可以使用该系统中的控制“面板”,对系统进行手动操作。在操作DAS系统中的控制“面板”时,系统必须在自动运行状态,否则无效。烟气在线检测系统所有数据均可以在DAS中显示。SystemequippedwithXiKewheathuck(Beijing)instrumentCo.,LTDsDASsystem,canalsousethissystem,thecontrolpanelofsystemoperatedmanually.IntheoperationofthecontrolDASsystem,thesystemmustfaceintheautomati

42、coperationstate,otherwiseisinvalid.On-linedetectionsystemflueinalldataareshowninDAS.六、系统反吹、探头滤芯跟换条件、自动校准的设置Six,systemcounterblowing,probesfilterfollowchangeconditions,automaticcalibrationSettings1、自动反吹时间的设定:自动反吹时间的设定,与系统运行的工况有直接的关系,比如烟道中的含尘量、温度、湿度等等。在一般的情况下,含尘量(干)V50mg/m3时,系统不需要自动反吹,1个月维护时,更换探头滤芯即可。
