11、泊试验前,其安装和电缆的连接已经检验合格。一般而言,进行每一项试验是为了验证电气设备所具有的功能及其运行情况,同时验证其安全保护装置。Installation and cable connection of all electric equipments had been checked out before mooring test. In general, the purpose for each test is to verify the functions of the electrical equipment and their running status, and at the

12、same time to verify their safety protection device 1.3 用于轮机和甲板辅机的电气设备的试验方法,参照轮机及舾装部分系泊试验大纲。The test method of electric equipment for machinery & deck auxiliaries shall be consulted in accordance with program of machinery part. 1.4 试验结束后,试验结果提供船东及船级社验船师。All tests and inspections listed in the documen

13、t are to be witnessed by Owner representative. Final signed test result shall be submitted to Owner representative. 1.5 全部自动化设备安装完毕后,即可进行每项试验程序的系泊试验和航行试验。试验程序应满足BV-AUT船级社的要求。After installing all automatic equipment, the mooring test and sea trial test may be carried out as per the test schedule. And

14、 the test schedule should be complied with class BV-AUT. 1.6 本大纲所包括设备与其相关连的各系统可以同时进行试验。This program covers simultaneous tests of the equipment involved together with the acting jointly system. 1.7 试验需由船级社验收时,试验记录须经船级社验船师过目,并且主要设备还应提供BV船级社或厂商的证书。Record of delivery acceptance tests are to be witnessed

15、 by the classification surveyor if it is requested. And BV or makers certificate of major equipment should be provided. 1.8 船东代表可参加所有项目试验。Owners representatives can attend the tests of all the items. 1.9 试验结果由船厂质检处检验员记录于规定的表格上。The results of tests will be recorded in stipulated forms by surveyor of

16、shipyards quality control department.2.发电机试验Generator Test说明DescriptionA 、系泊试验中,发电机试验负荷采用水电阻负荷(功率因素1)。During test on board, water rheostat shall be used as test load (PF=1.0).B 、主配电板和应急配电板上的仪表,在试验中可作测量用。The instruments on the MSB and ESB may be used for measured during test.Main Electrical Propertie

19、应 1M。Before and after load test, the insulation resistance in the following items shall be measured respectively by means of 500 V megger resistance shall be not less than 1 M.a) 定 子 绕 组 接地Stator coil to earth.b) 空 间 加 热 器接地Space heater to earth.注:在 测 量 绝 缘 时 切 断 AVR、 及 有 可 能 损 坏 的 元、部 件 的 断 路 器 或 线

(outlet)环境温度Ambient temp.2.7 静 态 特 性 试 验Static Voltage Characteristic Test发电机在额定频率、额定电压的情况下,负荷按下列顺序值变化,在每种工况下功率因数保持1.0(水电阻);Voltage, frequency and load shall be adjusted to rated value. Load shall be changed in accordance with the following order

24、(percentage of rated load); power factor is 1.0 on each condition (with water resistance).100%(600 kW) 75%(450 KW) 50% (300 KW) 25% (150 KW) 0% 25% 50% 75% 100%.记 录 每级负荷下的电 压、电 流、频 率。Voltage, frequency and current shall be measured for recording at every stage of load.在各种负荷下,发电机稳态电压调整率应在2.5%内。The ge

25、nerator set to be maintaining the voltage under steady conditions within 2.5% of the rated voltage for all loads.2.8调 速 器 试 验(YANMAR Model: NZ61 hydraulic Governor) Governor test当突卸100%负荷和突加50%额定负荷,然后再突加50%额定负荷量,通过测量频率,电压的变化及其稳定时间来测量发电机转速的变化和稳定时间。When generator sudden thrown off 100% rated load and

26、add 50%rated load with sudden, then add 50% rated load with sudden, via measure frequency and the variation of voltage and the steady time to measure the generators variable revolution and the stable time.上述试验,所测结果记录在下表中,并且应满足下列要求:The result of test should be recorded into the No.5 tables:瞬态频率变化不超过1

30、每台电机额定功率的偏差值,最大的偏差应不大于一台发电机额定功率的15%(上述各测量点的运行时间3分钟)。测量结果记录在附表。At the same time, voltage & active power at each load shall be measured and calculate the divergence of the parallel running generators load relative to rated power of each generator, and the divergence shall not exceed 15% rated power of

32、.1.2自动并联和自动解列Auto parallel and auto disconnect:(1)NO.1机组运行供电,NO.2机组备用No.1 set is running and supplying to network. No.2 set is stand-by.1)增加电网负载 90 (540kW);Increase the load of network to more than 90% (540KW).2)延时20秒,NO.2机组自动起动同步,和NO.1机组并网供电;Delay 20 sec, No.2 set starts and synchronizes automatica

33、lly. And it joints the network and parallels with No.1 set.3)稳定一定时间后,检查负载自动分配;Let them run stably for certain time and check the auto-distribution of load.4)减少电网负载,每台发电机至30 (180kW),延时30秒,负载 应自动转移至NO.1机组,NO.2机组自动停车。Reduce the network load to 30% of each set (180kW) , delay about 30 sec. Load should b

34、e transported to No.1 set automatically. And No.2 set disconnects automatically.(2)NO.2 机组运行入网,NO.3机组备用No.2 set runs and supplies to network. No.3 set is stand-by.(3)NO.3 机组运行入网,NO.1机组备用依次进行1)4)项目的试验No.3 set runs and supplied to network. No.1 set is stand-by. Carry out the test by following above st

35、eps 1)4).2.10 备用机组自动起动试验Auto start test of stand-by set将主配电板上开关设定在自动位置,试验机组没有负载进行。Set the switches on MSB to Auto position. Generator is to be tested under no load.(1)运行发电机组故障停车,备用机组自动起动。Running generator set fails and stops, stand-by set starts automatically:a)NO.1机组运行,NO.2机组为第一备用No.1 set is runnin

36、g, No.2 set is considered the first stand-by.1)模拟NO.1机组超速故障停车,主配电板和机舱监控台报警;Simulate No.1 sets over-speed failure, No.1 set stops, E/R control console and MSB alarm.2)NO.2机组自动起动合闸;No.2 set starts automatically and joints to the network.3)NO.1机组复位。No.1 set resets.b)NO.2机组运行,NO.3机组第一备用,NO.1机组第二备用No.2 s

40、pply) MSB and E/R control console alarm.4)NO.1机组和NO.2机组复位;No.1 and No.2 set reset.b)NO.3机组运行,NO.1机组第一备用No.3 set is runs, No.1 set is first stand-by.降低柴油机转速,降低发电机频率至58.5 Hz,延时30秒主配电板和监控台报警;1) Reduce revolution of diesel engine, reduce generator frequency to 58.5 Hz, delay about 30sec. MSB and E/R con

41、trol console alarm.2)降低发电机频率至57 Hz,延时5秒 NO.1机组自动起动合闸;当电压达到额定值时原来运行发电机的主开关自动断开NO.1机组自动合闸。 If frequency to 57 HZ, delay 5sec. No.1 set starts automatically, when the voltage comes up to rated voltage, then air circuit(ACB) of the originally running generator is to be opened automatically. No.1 set is

42、to be closed auto.2.11负荷转移试验Load Shifting Test把两台并联运行的发电机一台在额定频率、额定电压下负荷设定在约 75 的额定负荷,另一台负荷设定为零即降低该台发电机转速,使该发电机没负载,断开主开关把原来并联运行中的一台发电机的负荷转移到另一台发电机上,检查发电机组负荷转移的可靠性。One generator shall be set about 75% of rated load, rated voltage and frequency and another generator shall be set at no load and then th

43、e load shall be shifted to the unloaded generator. The generator with 75% load shall be decreased to no load.During the load shifting, it shall be ascertained that above-mentioned load shifting is carried out reliably.三台发电机组间负荷转移试验:Load Shifting Test for Three generator sets1号和2号发电机组并联运行手动同步并联3号发电机,

52、f machinery part3.3绝缘电阻试验在发热运转试验的以前和以后分别做,用500V的兆欧表测量下面两者之间的绝缘电阻,绝缘电阻值应 1M。定子绕组和地绝缘电阻空间加热器和地绝缘电阻Insulation Resistance TestBefore and after load test, insulation resistance of each winding to earth and space hater to earth shall be measured by means of DC 500 V megger respectively, insulation resista

58、态频率、瞬态电压、稳态频率、稳态电压,记 录瞬态转速,稳定转速和稳定时间。结果填入2.8节表格 When the diesel generator unload suddenly from 100% to zero(100%0%), transient frequency, transient voltage, steady frequency, steady voltage shall be observed.After the generator being stable at zero load, suddenly make it with 100% load, at each load

59、 point, transient frequency, transient voltage, steady frequency, steady voltage shall be observed.test result to be writtentable 2.8 section.3.7 自动起动试验 Start automatically应急发电机在主电源故障(汇流排失电)情况下,应在45S内自动起动并合闸。这一试验可以在试航期间完成。Emergency generator should be start automatically in 45 sec and switch on when
