Stegte nig the suevsi后锚固植筋施工方案一、植筋施工背景铜锣山隧道工程在仰拱与衬砌施工过程中,挖机在清理仰拱渣土时容 易造成仰拱端头处钢筋折断,为了保证仰拱的纵向整体受力,需要重新
15、进 行植筋处理,另外在进行衬砌过程中,由于衬砌端头处在钢筋中间预埋钢 鞭止水带,只能采用木模进行封堵,在浇筑过程中控制不好容易造成端头 钢筋移位或错动,个别钢筋间距变大,和下一版钢筋连接时对接不上,为 此也需要重新植筋处理,一般情况下植筋的基面混凝土强度不应低于 30Mpa, 铜锣山隧道衬砌及仰拱设计强度为 C4Q满足植筋强度要求。植筋达到强度后,除或6、8采用绑扎搭接外,其他衬砌结构钢筋与所植筋钢筋采用单(双)面搭接焊接的连接方式,焊条采用 E5003进行焊接。 二、施工工艺流程三、施工工艺1)定位放线根据变更设计图纸的钢筋数量及位置,标注出植筋位置。定位放线必须事先探测出原结构主筋,尽量避

38、 saey ad theUm|cGmadote有漏刷部位,标识好成品钢筋并分类码放整齐。5)打胶植筋胶采用镇江力点锚固有限公司生产的改性环氧注射式植筋胶,打 胶前必须经项目部质检员对植筋孔进行验收,并逐一做施工记录,报请监 理检查植筋孔洞质量验收通过后,根据施工计划书计算确定的注胶量,按 注胶枪刻度表示的数字进行注胶,以保证充分填充密实(用胶量按孔洞容 积2/3计算)。植筋胶是双组分专用成品,取一组强力植筋胶,装进套筒内, 安置到专用手动注射器上,慢慢扣动板机,排出钳包口处较稀的胶液废弃 不用,然后将螺旋混合嘴伸入孔底,如长度不够可用塑料管加长,然后扣 动板机。板机扣动一次,注射器后退一下,这
39、样能排出孔内空气。为了使 钢筋植入后孔内胶液饱满,又不能使胶液外流过多,孔内注胶达到80涮可。 6)植筋钢筋插入孔内的部分要保持干燥,清洁无锈蚀,在前面的步骤中处理 后,钢筋植入部分表面先涂上稀胶,待注胶完成后,立即将钢筋放入孔口, 然后慢慢单向旋入,不可中途逆向反转,直至钢筋伸入孔底、挤出多余胶 体为止,防止出现气泡,溅出胶的现象。植筋必须在打胶后的允许施工时 间内进行,气温在20-40 C之间,控制在30-12 min内施工完成。植筋植入 锚孔后,在固化完成之前按照厂家所提供的养生条件进行固化养生,植筋 胶有一个固化过程,日平均气温25c以上12小时内不得扰动钢筋,日平均 气温25c以下2
