3、额8700多万元；在科特迪瓦、突尼斯、几内亚、几内亚比绍、马里、布隆迪、埃塞俄比亚、圭亚那、哥伦比亚、赤道几内亚等10多个国家实施了刺绣、竹藤草编、首饰、服装、抽纱钩织等援外培训工程，培训了各类技术骨干800多人。圆满地完成了国家下达的各项义务，得到了受援国的好评，为我国的对外经济技术协作做出了积极的奉献。 从2006年开场，受中华人民共和国商务部的委托，公司先后胜利承办了“2006开展中国家刺绣技术培训英语、“2007开展中国家抽纱钩织技术培训班英语、“2007非洲国家刺绣技术培训班法语、“2021抽纱钩织技术培训班英语、“2021刺绣技术培训班英语，“2021刺绣技术培训班英语。为54个国

4、家培训了199名学员，圆满地完成了商务部交办的各项义务，积累了较为丰富的培训教学阅历，提高了外事接待及管理才干，为促进世界轻工业的开展作出了奉献，加深了我国与开展中国家人民的友谊。工程内容引见首饰是经过视觉笼统，经过对特定物质资料的艺术加工制造而完成的物质产品，它是工艺技术和美术艺术两者相互制约下的交融，或者说是技艺上的集合体。首饰技术是中国优秀的传统技艺，它与人民生活亲密相关，在日常生活中用途非常广泛，投资少，见效快，效益好，适宜庭院式家庭作坊制造。湖南省湘西自治州是少数民族聚居的地方，七、八十年代，国家每年拨付五万多两金银供他们制造金银装饰品，从而构成了湖南省独特的首饰制造工艺。按照产品需

5、求结合常用模具，采用打、锯、锉、焊、压等工艺加工制造金、银、铜等不同特征款式的项链、手镯、戒指、耳环、头饰、服饰等首饰日用品和工艺品及旅游产品。各类产品外型多样、装饰新颖，很受人民群众的喜欢。本次培训的主要内容有：1、首饰绘图设计及制造图纸绘制：a、构造素描根底知识b、首饰构造素描的绘制c、三视图的绘制方法及首饰制造图纸绘制2、金银首饰的制造：金银首饰的制造技术，从制造根本功、制造根底知识和相关工器具、设备的性能、用途以及用于加工的辅料、酸类等方面开场，先讲课、后实际。学会运用设备工器具，了解资料性能，学会掌握从配料开场到抛光等后期处置等全套工艺流程操作技术。a、熟习工器具的性能与保养，用途及

6、运用方法。b、熟习首饰制造原资料、辅料的分类与加工技术。c、学习配料、融化、锻造、拔丝、压片、下料、成型、焊接、整形、打磨、抛光、后期处置等全套工艺技术。d、根据学员制造程度的提高程度，安排一些首饰图纸让学员按图制造。培训班将由许耀汉、杨远志等具有丰富实际阅历和国内外培训阅历的专家授课。采取实际与实际相结合，以实践操作为主边教课，边示范，边练习，边制造，讨论交流，问题解答，综合考核，实地调查等方式。培训期间将安排学员观赏长沙世纪国际珠宝广场，长沙金饰商行等运营单位。此外，为了使学员更好的掌握首饰制造技术，我们还将组织学员到广西桂林进展市场调查，经过观摩、座谈等方式与业内专家进展交流与讨论。培训
