1、面试与面试技巧Jessica XUNUAA面试的基本程序与内容个人情况：通过面试者自我介绍，了解该同学的个人基本信息，并且大致了解其英语水平。该环节涉及的问题有： 自我介绍：个人爱好，家庭基本情况，以前就读大学及专业，所属公司情况介绍及讲故事等形式。态度考察：面试官在此环节主要考察该学员对飞行的认识、态度及热爱程度。主要涉及的问题：为什么想成为一名飞行员？家庭对你从事飞行的态度？面试的基本程序与内容专业知识考察：此环节面试官主要想了解学员具体英语能力，如专业知识，英语阅读理解能力，获取信息能力等。主要形式：陆空对话；短文阅读理解，并且回答关于此短文的相关问题；短文复述用自己的话总结归纳短文的内

2、容。提问环节：面试官在最后让学员提问，此时学生最好提问至少一个问题，来展示自己的主动学习性和积极地态度。面试的注意事项在面试的全过程中始终要展现出自身的良好精神面貌和积极认真地态度，应面带微笑，穿着干净整洁，举止得当，争取给面试官留下一个良好的印象。在自我介绍的环节中，所介绍的东西和与此相关的内容应当是自己十分熟悉的，以防面试官对所介绍的问题做进一步的提问。另外，应该熟悉所属航空公司的基本情况和企业文化。应该加强专业知识的学习，面试中考官的提问可能会涉及到相关的专业知识。面试的注意事项在面试过程中尽量和考官主动互动，不只是简单的回答他提出的问题，让现场的气氛能活跃一些。有些航校除了面试交谈之外
