20、sure the centrifuge runs freely, that is, no foreign objects are lodged between the screen and scroll. Before operation, ensure that the oil level is at top of sight glass and temperature is no more than 35 degrees Celsius above ambient.启动离心机前，转动每一个皮带轮，确信离心机可自由运转，那就意味着没有杂物存在筛篮和螺旋刮刀之间。启动离心机前，确信润滑油液位在

Adhering solids may cause high vibration

The H1000 is a versatile continuously operating scroll / screen centrifuge in which the slurry solids are retained on the screen and transported from the small end to the large diameter end of the screen by means of the angle of inclination of the scre

The high gravitational force from the centrifugal action forces the liquid portion of the feed slurry to pass through the cake bed and screen while the solids formed cake bed is continuously turned and swept outward and

A third compartment may be added to separate the mother and wash liquor chambers. The housing also supports the feed pipe, the raceway or deflector assembly and partition rings.卸料箱：

39、ive pulley and the screen / cage assembly both bolt to the reducer housing, thus the screen and cage is directly driven, rotating at the same speed as the cage driven v-belt pulley. The differential cyclogear design allows the output shaft to rotate slightly faster than the reducer housing. This cau

40、ses the differential in speed between the screen and scroll, producing a screw conveyor effect, wherein the scroll continuously controls the material being discharged from the flight channels. The cyclogear inner parts are pressure lubricated with medium weight non-foaming oil. Special tooling is re

42、SSEMBLIES: The screen is wedged and bolted within the cage, the cage is bolted to the cage hub, which mounts to the reducer housing via a hydraulic fit. The scroll and scroll hub assembly mount to the reducer output shaft by means of a tapered fit and a clamping 11plate. A special tool set is provid

43、ed for removing the scroll for screen replacement. 44、ection for the reducer assembly, a torque-limiting clutch is mounted to the reducer input shaft via a torque arm. A limit switch is provided to yield a signal when the overload clutch releases, due to product or mechanical overload. The electrical signal disables the drive motor to protect the gear

45、reducer. The torque load that will cause the clutch to release is generally greater than the main drive motor maximum operating load.
