Range本规程适用于厂内型号为Niton XLT898W手持式合金分析仪的使用操作。This operating regulation is applied for handy-alloy analysis in HBG named Niton XLT898W.二、工作原理及适用范围：2. Working principle and scope of application采用X射线荧光（XRF）技术进行多元素分析。用于各种髙低合金钢、不锈钢、 工具钢、铭/钮钢、線

2、合金、钻合金、線/钻耐热合金、钛合金、铜合金等，可分析TiV Cr Mn Fe Co Ni Cu Zn Nb Zr Mo Ag Pd Sn HfTa W Re Pb Bi Se Sb 等元素。Using fluorescent X-ray technology to have multi-element analysis this devie is applied for kinds of alloyed steeLnon-corrosive steel,tool stecl.chrome-molybdenum steeLnickel alloyxobalt alloy,nickel/coba

4、men tempcrature:0°C-50 C.四、被测金属样品的外形尺寸：4.outline dimension of measured metal specimen 线材：直径1mm以上： 小口径管材：外径2mm以上：彼测材料与探测窗之间的距离小于1 Omm:被测材料（表而）的状态：平面、曲而、粗糙表而、不规则表而、粉末状、振动状态等。 被测表面应打磨露出金属光泽，不影响分析结果。Wire stock: diameter greater than lmm;Small pipe-tube: external diameter greater than 1mm;Distance b

6、sis result.五、操作步骤：5.Opcration procedure:1. 使用前认真阅读本设备操作使用规程或使用说明书，仔细检査仪器表而，如发现有 明显破损或异常现象应立即更换。2. 使用该设备时应正确佩戴设备防护腰带，手握设备时应先把防滑带套入手腕，以防 设备损坏。3. 测量前应保证被测面谿出金属光泽。按下电源开关，仪器发岀提示音，液晶屏幕显 示数据后，宜接在触摸屏上输入1、2、3、4、E进入操作界而（主界而儿4. 仪器校正：在正式测试前，应检测“标块S确认检测值正常，方可进检测产品。5. 测量时把发射镜贴近被测物体表而，按下把手上的检测开关按钮，此时工作提醒灯 闪烁测量开始，待

7、仪器发出提示音测量结朿。6. 按“”键翻看检测数据。继续检测请则再次按下把手上的检测开关按钮。退出检测界而按“一”回到主界面。7. 测量完毕后长按电源开关，关机，并将设备放置在防水设备箱内。1. Device adjustment: before formal testing, testing block should be tested, the product should not be testing until the record was normal.5. The detective window should near the measured product surface when the m

Holding on pressing power button when measurement was complete, and the device should be located in water-proof instalment case六、注意事项：6. matters needed attention:1. 本仪器需专人操作，专人负责日常维护、淸洁及保养工作，并做好仪器使用记录。 非相关人员不得擅自操作。2. 操作前应确保电池有足够电量。3. 在任何时候都要确左X射线方向、谨防辐射。4. 在任何情况，如果未使用仪器，不得开启挡板。5. 在测

12、试过程中不得将仪器放在Kapton窗口附近。在挡板开启时，勿将仪器指向自 己或其他任何人。6. 在下载读数时不可进行测量，在删除数据时切勿关闭仪器。7. 勿将仪器侵入水中。&本仪器因采用X射线荧光，因而要避免在露天强光（特別是紫外线强的前提下）操 作，以免数据不准。9.本仪器为精密设备，操作时尽量做到轻拿轻放，以免设备破损。1.
