13、讲内容必须与活动主题相符；4、比赛采用限时演讲,参赛选手演讲用时为3-5分钟；5、比赛一律使用普通话进行演讲。 （三）、演讲评分规则: 1、本次比赛采用百分制进行评分,要求有符合主题的思想内容和完美的表达形式相统一；2、各位评委按照以下评分细则为每位选手现场打分。每位选手的个人成绩保留到小数点后一位,所有评委对参赛者的评分中去除最高分和最低分后取平均分,以此作为参赛者的分数。参赛选手的最终名次按成绩高低排序产生；3、评分细则、内容架构30分。 主题鲜明突出，内容结构合理，层次分明，语言表达精练流畅。演讲过程中引入的相关例证、事实和说明能够恰当融入主题结构，整篇演讲一气呵成； 、肢体表现10分。
