3、tionanditsapplication.Therearefivesectionsinthereport:managementstructurebeforemerger;managementstructureafternewdevelopment;contingencyapproachanditsvariablesaftermerger;differentrelationshipswithinthenewstructure;relevanceofdifferentrelationshipswithnewstructure.Section1:TheStructureatPresentinSha
