40、s.Carried out in三、课程设计(一)课程设计理念针对本课程实践性、实用性强的特点,以行业、企业的需求为前提,以学生职业技能培养和职业素养成为主线,努力探索职业教育与终身学习对接;教学过程与生产过程对接;专业课程内容与职业标准对接;学历证书与职业资格证书对接;专业与产业、企业、岗位对接等五个对接。在教学内容的选取上以培养技能型专业人才为出发,以满足岗位职业技能需求为目标,以真实的工作任务或产品为载体设计教学过程。本课程主要采用任务驱动教学法,按照典型工作任务对应的职业能力为培养重点,充分体现职业性和实践性的要求,参照国家相应的职业资格标准,通过岗位调研,与企业共同确定岗位,按岗位能

41、力确定岗位人才培养规格, 确定人才培养目标。按职业岗位工作过程的完整性配置课程、构建课程体系。按典型工作任务需求选择课程内容,课程内容反映职业标准。(二)课程设计思路以工作任务为课程设置与内容选择的参照点,以项目为单位组织内容并以项目活动为主要学习方式的课程模式。项目课程模式打破了学科化的知识体系,从职业岗位分析出发,依据职业岗位工作任务组建一系列行动化的学习项目,而这些项目通常就是典型零件、典型产品和典型工艺等。学生的学习过程是以行动为主的自我建构过程,以完成工作化的学习任务为基础,在有目标的行动化学习中积累实践知识、获取理论知识。对于机械零件的数控加工课程,其包括如下工作任务:1 )零件的
