9、echnical plan 筒仓结构系按滑升模板工艺设计,滑升模板工艺系一次组装模板,连续浇灌成形,确保高质量地完成本工程的筒仓施工,做到内外壁圆滑无模板接痕,外壁做到清水滑模效果。 Cylinder silo structure is designed according to sliding up shuttering technology. Sliding up shuttering technology is that once install the shuttering and continue pouring to form to in
10、sure the accomplishment of high quality cylinder silo construction. It can make the inner and outer wall smooth without any shuttering connection mark and make the outer wall get the effect of rinsing slip forming. 1) 全部用GYD60大吨位千斤顶、48×2.75钢管作滑模支承杆。 All slip f
11、orming support poles will use large tonnage jack and 48×2.75steel tube. 2) 简化滑模平台,实际只设人行通道,即减轻平台荷载又方便施工。 It should simplified slip forming platform. Actually just set up a walking passage, which will reduce platform load as well as keep facility of construction

13、mprove the appearance of the cylinder silo structure slip forming 4) 滑模工程外观不好的另一主要原因是水泥浆沿筒壁流淌,为防止操作平台上水泥 的流淌,在模板下口和模板间用6夹海绵条吸附水泥浆,操作人员在每层及时清理海绵内的水泥浆。 Another reason for slip forming appearance drawback is that grout flow along cylinder wall. In order to stop the grou
14、t from control platform, use 6 sponge between shuttering below gob and shuttering to absorb grout. Controllers should clear up the group from sponge in each layer in time 5) 出模混凝土的处理措施:对出模混凝土及时进行原浆压光和对流淌水泥浆进行铲 除,在吊架上环绕筒壁设一圈20铸铁管,在管上靠筒壁一侧均匀钻孔,用管道泵将水压入铸铁管,随滑模施工对筒壁混凝土进行喷淋。并派专人用清水均
15、匀涂刷筒壁,最终达到表面圆滑、光洁、色泽基本一致的效果,同时在内外筒壁刷混凝土养护液养生。 Disposal measure of out shuttering concrete: press the out shuttering concrete to smooth in time and remove the flowing grout. On the scaffolding set a 20 cast iron tube around cylinder wall, drill equal holes on the tube next to cylinder wall

17、 will achieve. At the same time brush concrete maintenance liquid on inside and outside cylinder wall to maintain 三、生料库滑模施工Raw meal silo slip forming construction 1滑模工艺设计Design of slip forming technics 根据图纸设计,生料库为预应力钢筋砼结构,外筒高 m,内径为 m,壁厚 m以下为 mm,以上为 mm,内筒高 m,内径为 m,壁厚为

41、 the disposal of hoist frame 本工程拟采用三级分组并联油路布置,一级主油管选用19mm高压耐油橡胶管,二级分油管选用13mm高压耐油橡胶软管,支油管选用10mm高压软管伸向各千斤顶;分油器采用无缝钢管制作。一级分油器,一进六出(根据建筑平面每一方各一条分油路);二级分油器一进三出,各主油管长度和直径均取其相等,并作环形布置有利于均衡滑升;三级分油器一进六出通向各千斤顶,每级、每组均设有截流阀加以控制,千斤顶单独设针形阀,这样方便纠编和抽拔支承杆。 This project is planning to adopt 3 cl

The second class separate oil pipe will choose 13mm high pressure and oil endurance rubber pipe. Branch oil pipe will choose 10mm high pressure tube to run
43、out to each jacks. Oil separator will adopt seamless steel pipe for manufacture. The first class oil separator will come out 6 parts after 1 enter (according to construction plane, each side should have one oil route). The second oil separator will come out 3 parts after 1 enter. Length and diameter
44、 of each main pipe are all selected the same. And rounding disposal will be used in favor of equilibrium sliding up. The third oil separator will come out 6 parts after 1enter to each jack. Every class and every group will dispose a shutting valve to control. Jacks will separately use needle valve,
45、which be convenient to rectify and pull out the supporting pole. 四、库壁结构滑升施工工艺Silo wall structure elevating construction technical 1. 滑升区段的划分Elevation section division 根据经济和可行的原则考虑,从基础顶标高开始的竖向结构采用滑模工艺施工。 Think of the economic and feasible principle, from the foundatio

52、为结构截面标准尺寸。本工程定为模板上口-3,模板下口+3。作为模板组装标准。 After shuttering installation, the upper gap should be small, while bottom gap should be big. Single flat incline should be 0.20.5% of shuttering height and treat 1/2 shuttering height part distance as structure section standard dimension. This proje
53、ct makes that shuttering upper gap is -3mm and shuttering bottom gap is +3mm, which will be the standard of shuttering installation. 反复核对各轴线位置及壁厚是否与设计图纸相符。 Well check the location of each axes line and also check that if the wall thickness is in accordance with the drawing 第 12

55、 well mark each location wedge, and prepare for sliding. 5一个浇灌层滑模施工工艺流程 One pouring layer's slip forming construction technical flow 筒壁竖筋绑扎时,相邻钢筋接头应设计图纸及规范错开,且同一水平截面接头数不超过竖筋总数的25%。水平环筋和钢绞线随滑升速度分层绑扎,必须严格按设计要求进行焊接,每相邻接头至少相隔3层环筋。内外层钢筋有“”形拉结筋定位,按设计要求梅花形布置。混凝土分层浇灌,每层高
56、度20-30cm,筒体预埋件、预留孔随滑升速度与绑扎钢筋同时进行埋设和预留。滑模千斤顶支承杆接头采用双绑条单面焊。出模砼内外筒壁采用原桨压光,外壁要求达到清水模板效果,终凝后浇水养护。 When tying reinforcing steel bar to cylinder wall, near by steel bars connection part should be deviate from designed drawing and regulation. And the number of connection part on the same horizont
57、al section is not over 25% of the total steel bars number. Horizontal rounding reinforcing steel bar and bar tendon will tie layer by layer according to sliding up speed. It must be strictly follow the design requirement to weld, and every near by connection part should be apart at least 3 layer rou
58、nding reinforcing steel bar. Inside and outside layer the reinforcing steel bar have “” type pulling reinforcing steel bar to fix the location. And make a cinquefoil disposal according to design requirement. Concrete should be poured layer by layer. And each layer is 20-30cm high. Embedded cylinder
