40、inues to stre ngthening"four定两点挂钩无误后起吊，翻身放于提前平整好并铺设方木的场地，牛腿部位朝上放置。工人迅速清除预制柱下部底模板并打磨修补。翻身工作提前起吊就位工作一天（根据实际进度，一天到两天）进行，要求拆模打磨工作迅速进行，形成流水作业，以最大限度的发挥大型吊装设备的效能，减少台班费用。对于需要花较多时间处理的表面缺陷，待后期墙体封闭和抹灰施工过程中再行处理。预制柱倒运摆放采取尽量靠近近就位轴线的原则，同时预留起重机进出和停放场地通道。根据现场场地情况，在吊装前一次性全部完成翻身和倒运，故在起吊就位过程中，倒运合适编号的柱至25 吨汽车吊工况范围内

41、的场地放置。3.2.2 起吊： 预制柱起吊使用25 吨汽车吊，工况选用工作半径 8 米，主臂长度25.7 米，额定起吊能力12.5 吨，符合性能要求。柱子吊点位置设置在牛腿以下500mm勺位置，选用正扣绑扎，慢速起吊，待吊绳绷紧后暂停上升，及时检查钢丝绳绑扎的可靠情况，防止脱扣、缠绕。为控制起吊就位时不来回摆动，在柱子下部拴好溜绳，检查各部连接情况，无误后方可起吊。3.2.3 就位并校正定位：柱子吊起距地500mmM稍停稳定，按照信号员指挥，将柱子吊运到相应的杯口位置就位。就位时，以正确的方向缓慢降落到杯口基础底的正上方2 厘米左右，停住，仔细核对柱子的编号和基础对应情况，确保一一fback

47、下垂直，校正轴线时先找好两个 面上的轴线，然后再对准第三个面上的轴线，最后使柱子三 个面上的轴线或中线对准定位轴线。已经就位好的柱子，吊 车卸力（暂时不脱钩），认真用经纬仪校准轴线位置及垂直 度，确认不超生偏差，检查木楔子，确保都已充分受力，立 即进行杯口的灌浆作业灌浆顶标高到铁楔子底部，并解除柱 子上方的钢丝绳进行下一根柱子的吊装。若由现偏差，则微 调钢楔子位置，直至达到设计和规范要求。在灌浆强度达到 设计强度的80%寸，将铁楔子拔生，进行第二次灌浆至杯口 上平。3.2.4 柱与柱间连接：柱就位校正完成两棵后，便开始焊接 柱间支撑（设计无柱间支撑的在牛腿顶面上焊接吊车梁或者 临时连接，临时连
