24、员，共同讨论落实安全 技术措施，进一步明确各专项人员的位置及职责，认真学习安装程序和相应的注意事项。5.2 施工升降机的安装5.2.1 底架、基础节的安装：先将底架穿好四只M24高强度螺栓，然后装到基础上面，拧上四只地脚螺栓的螺母（先不要完全紧固），然后装上基础节 和两个标准节，并在标准节导轨架顶部划出两个垂直侧面的中心线，挂 上线锤，在底架上四只基座与基础之间及底架四只地脚螺栓孔位置与基 础间加垫垫片，使两垂线与两个侧面的中心线重合后，将地脚螺栓的螺 母紧固。5.2.2 安装后护栏：要求后护栏中间两立管之间距离的中点和标准节前后两面No ae i I a ne hisorica sage o

38、位于同一平面。5.2.3 安装吊笼，调整好吊笼上各导轨和标准节立管之间的间隙在0.40.6mm，同事调整好齿轮与齿条啮合间隙在0.20.5mm。5.2.4 将对重块吊入导轨架的对重滑道。5.2.5 接好电气系统。5.2.6 标准节和附墙架的安装 加高标准节，直到能安装第一道附墙的高度，在安装附墙处标准节方框的两垂直侧面划出中线，在该点两处往下挂两根垂线，划出标准节上最底下方框的两个对应垂直侧面的中线，根据垂线与所划出的中线是否重合判断是否垂直，要求垂直度三H/2000 （H为两测点问的高度） ，此时即可安装好附墙架。在安装附墙前发现该处标准节垂直度到不到要求，则可采取起升吊笼高度

39、辅助调整标准节垂直度，待标准节的垂直度达到要求后，再将管卡与撑管紧固，然后紧固支架上的 U 型螺栓，最后安装紧固斜撑。 继续加高标准节，直到能安装第二道附墙的高度，将垂线移到第二道附墙连接标准节处，同样划出该处方框两个垂直侧面的中心线，挂线锤两个中点分别与第一道附墙对应点比较，仍要求垂直度三 H/2000,然后按上述方法找正（必要时调整）安装好支架和第二道 附墙架。继续加高标准节安装好第三道附墙和支架。注意： 当导轨架由不同规格标准节组成时，从导轨架底部往上,必须先安装加厚型的标准节；在标准节规格需要转换时，须安装过渡标准节进行过渡。 重复上述方法即可完成标准节和附
