2、名。【研究兴趣与主要方向】主要从事生物无机化学、药物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学等交叉学科的研究;1. 小分子配合物的生物活性及其调控细胞信号转导途径的功能。2. 纳米微球药物的制备、缓释控制及其靶向功能的研究与应用。3. 具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒(HIV、HSV、流感病毒等)、抗菌活性的化学新药研制与开发。【主持科研项目】(1) 国家自然科学基金项目:钌配合物诱导肺癌A549细胞的凋亡及对细胞端粒酶活性的影响;(2) 广东省科技攻关项目:钌配合物(cct-Ru-biim)和(m-Ru-biim)作为抗肿瘤新药的临床前研究;(3) 广东省科技攻关项目:具有抑制(人)禽流感病毒活性的药物设计合成及药效

3、学研究;(4) 北京大学天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室开放基金;钌配合物抗肿瘤活性及诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究;(5) 广州市科技攻关项目:具有抗肿瘤活性的新型手性纳米药物的研究;(6) 广东省科技攻关项目:手性纳米药物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性;(7) 广东省自然科学基金项目:抑制流感病毒诱导宿主细胞凋亡的纳米手性药物的合成;(8) 广东省博士后基金卟啉配合物的合成、抗病毒活性及作用机制的研究。作为主要参加人,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金项目等多项课题研究。【科研论文】(*为通讯作者)作为通讯作者在包括Inorg.
