4、ponsible for the detailed PM activity.SMT 保养人员负责执行具体的保养行为。4.3 Machine operator feedback the machine running information to engineer & technician timely. We are all responsible for our equipment.机器操作员及时向工程师和技术员反馈机器的各种运行信息，做到：我们所有人对我们的设备负责。5.0 EQUIPMENT/TOOLS 仪器/工具5.1 Cleaning appliance for nozzle

5、 series 60x, 70x/90x, 1x0x. 吸嘴清洁器具。5.2 Nozzle brush (Ø8mm) with brush size<0.1mm 吸嘴刷子5.3 Ultrasonic bath with minimum 20 minutes runtime and a minimum size of L = 85 / B = 50 / D = 25 mm.超声波清洗柜5.4 Lint-free cloths 无尘布5.5 Ethyl alcohol 普通酒精5.6 Compress air 压缩空气5.7 Magnifying glass / Microscop

6、e 放大镜 / 显微镜6.0 PROCEDURE 步骤6.1 Remove the nozzle from machine.从机器上将吸嘴拆除。For ceramic nozzle / 针对陶瓷吸嘴6.2 Filling the cleaning appliance. 将吸嘴放置到清洁器中。6.2.1 Turn the wing bolt (90º/to the left) in order to loosen the top part of the block.将旋钮向左转90度或0度，松开锁住的顶盖。6.2.2 Separate top and bottom part. 将上盖和

7、底座分开。6.2.3 Insert the ceramic nozzles (color coding headfirst) into the location hole of the top part.将陶瓷吸嘴摆放到清洁器的孔中。（如图所示，有颜色条码的一端朝上。）6.2.4 Place the bottom part onto the nozzle tip, inner side facing downward.将底盖盖上，内表面朝下。.6.2.5 Turn the wing bolt (90º/to the right) and interlock both parts.向右

8、旋转旋钮，将上下盖锁上。6.3 Cleaning without Ultrasonic Bath. (In case of strong pollution, e.g. with soldering paste, cleaning without ultrasonic bath is not sufficient)不用超声波清洗柜。（如果污染严重，比如锡膏污染，这时不用超声波是清洗不干净的。）6.3.1 Dip nozzle brush (Ø8mm) into cleaning liquid. 用刷子(Ø8mm)蘸取清洗液。6.3.2 Place nozzle brush

9、(Ø8mm) into grooves of the cleaning appliance and remove contamination: clean with small upward movements (of app. 3-5mm), apply slight pressure only.将毛刷放在清洗器的凹槽中，轻轻的来回刷洗，去除吸嘴的污染物。(Strictly avoid any contact of nozzle tips with the metal core of the brush.严禁用毛刷的金属部分接触吸嘴头部。)6.4 Cleaning with Ult

10、rasonic Bath/用超声波柜清洗6.4.1 Insert cleaning appliance, nozzle tips pointing downward, into ultrasonic bath.将吸嘴清洁器按照吸嘴头部朝下的方向放进超声波柜。6.4.2 When ultrasonic time sequence is over, turn appliance so that nozzle tips point upward.超声波清洗时间结束后，将清洗器翻转吸嘴头部朝上放置。6.4.3 Place nozzle brush (Ø8mm) into grooves of

11、 the cleaning appliance and remove contamination: clean with small upward movements (of app. 3-5mm), apply slight pressure only.将毛刷放在清洗器的凹槽中，轻轻的来回刷洗，去除吸嘴的污染物。（同上）6.5 After-cleaning 清洗以后6.5.1 Rinse cleaning residues from nozzles and cleaning appliance with tap water.用水冲洗清洗器去处吸嘴上的残留物6.5.2 Degrease app

12、liance and nozzles using a lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol.用无尘布蘸取酒精清洁吸嘴和清洁器上。6.5.3 Use compressed air to blow clean the nozzle appliance from top and bottom.用压缩空气清洁清洗器的上面和底面。6.6 Use a magnifying glass or a microscope to check the suction area of the nozzles. Re-clean nozzles if first cl

13、eaning was not satisfactory and replace all defective nozzles.用放大镜或显微镜检查吸嘴吸气部分。如果清洗效果不好需要重新清洗并更换坏的吸嘴。6.7 Check the nozzles for correct cleaning result.确认吸嘴清洗效果。For plastic nozzle / 针对塑胶吸嘴6.8 Plastic nozzle can not be cleaned by ultrasonic+. 塑胶吸嘴不能使用超声波加酒精清洗。6.9 Follow up the process from 6.2 6.3.执行6

14、.2到6.3的清洗步骤。6.10 Follow up the process from 6.5 6.7.执行6.5到6.7的清洗步骤。7.0 APPENDIX 附件7.1 Siemens nozzle PM frequency. 西门子各种吸嘴保养频率7.1.1 For the nozzle which is not used for 0201 component, one week one time.普通吸嘴（0201吸嘴除外）， 一星期做一次保养。7.1.2 For the 0201 nozzle, do the PM daily.0201吸嘴，每天做一次保养。7.2 Siemens no

15、zzle lifetime. 西门子各种吸嘴使用寿命。7.2.1 Plastic nozzle for chip component: about 24 weeks塑胶吸嘴，大约24星期7.2.2 Ceramic nozzle for chip component: 612 months.陶瓷吸嘴， 大约612月。7.3 Siemens nozzle defect acceptable criteria西门子吸嘴磨损缺陷最低接受标准？7.4 Siemens 906 # nozzle (for 0201 component) off line PM process西门子0201吸嘴离线保养流程。Spare nozzle readinessChange nozzle with the ready nozzleCheck nozzle vacuumClean nozzle offlineRe
