We will get it!Come on!用Tonny的口来鼓励学生努力学习英语,进行激励。课后反思一节课下来,我最大的感触就是自己的课上得不成功,为什么呢?评课的时候,潘老师说得好,一节课上得好不好,不在于教师环节设计得怎么样也不在于老师讲得有多精彩,而是看学生时候学会了什么。虽然说对于部分英语水平较好的学生来说他们是比较有收获的,但是对于那部分对英语一窍不通的学生来说,这节课就是白上了。因此,我最应该反思的内容就是自己没有认真地按照自己本班大多数学生的实际水平出发,更没有做好照顾学困生这一
