1、外研版初三下Module5 Rules and suggestionsUnit 1You must keep to the path 教学设计 一. 教材分析: 本课以“rules and suggestions”为话题,以 “Mr. Jackson”告诉人们爬长城时应该注意的一些事项为主题,通过听、读、说训练,要求学生重点掌握规则和建议的表达方法。通过本课的学习,学生将重点掌握情态动词的用法,并能运用所学知识说一些应注意的规则和提一些建议。Activity 1要求学生看中国的长城图,给来参观的游客说一些规则,提一些建议。Activity 2要求学生听录音,利用所给词汇回答问题,并通过再次听录
2、音检查答案,从而为Activity 3 的对话作准备。Activity 3听读一段Mr. Jackson给大家介绍一些规则和提建议的对话,在让学生了解爬长城应注意事项的同时,学习一些关于说规则、提建议的句式。Activity 4根据对话内容选择最佳答案。Activity 5要求学生就Mr. Jackson提的规则和建议做一个笔记。 二、学生学情分析在初二上册Module 11和Module12中我们对情态动词may、might、must、can的用法已经学过。学生已有一定的语言基础,因此学起来不是很难。而旅行又是学生感兴趣的话题,因此课题的导入较易。 三、教学目标 1、语言知识目标 (1)能正
3、确运用下列单词和词组:rule, suggestion, keep to, rope, stream, clear, starving, lead the way (2)Everyday English:Im starving ! I think thats all. 2.能力目标: 听 Listen to the dialogue about the rules and suggestions to the Great Wall . 说 Talk about the rules and suggestions when making a trip. 读 Read the dialogue a
4、bout the rules and suggestions to the Great Wall. 写 Write about rules and suggestions to protect our environment. 3、情感态度目标 培养学生热爱生活,细心观察生活的细节,参加各种英语活动,克服困难,在新环境中进一步树立正确的语言学习观。 四、教学策略、基本的课堂教学思路: 以话题为核心,通过个人思考、小组及班级活动等不同途径,在听、说、读、写中使单词及句型以不同的形式反复出现,在足够的输入中,达成有效的语言输出。 1.教法:采用任务教学法,教师出示任务,课前自主学习,课上小组合作交
5、流,以多媒体、导学稿为辅助手段,听、说、读、写贯穿始终,师生讲练结合,力求高效课堂。 2.学法:自主学习和合作学习相结合,以自主学习合作交流巩固拓展归纳总结为线索,充分高效运用导学稿,辅助学生演示与多媒体展示,让各个层次的学生都有展示的机会,达到人人有事干,人人有收获。 五、教学过程 : 第一步:课前预习 为学习新知识做好准备,回顾与新内容相关的已学过的旧知识。情态动词的用法我们在八年级上册11、12 两个模块学过。 单词预习: 1). 看音标读单词; 2). 了解词性; 3). 派生词 语法预习:情态动词must, should, can的用法 第二步:每日播报 一人播报,the rules
6、 in our school 第三步:新课导入 1.看着书上的图对话式导入:Look at the picture. Do you know where it is? Have you ever been there? Can you say something about it?When we climb up the Great Wall, what should we think about first?What are the rules when you go climbing?Now according to the following questions, work with y
7、our partner.Q1: If you want to keep your feet comfortable, what must you do?Q2: If you dont want to get lost, what must you do?Q3: What must we pay attention to when we are climbing?Q4: What must we use if we want to go rock climbing?(攀岩)(设计意图:以师生问答的方式,锻炼学生的口语表达的同时,培养语言的组织能力 。小组讨论, 锻炼了他们与他人合作的能力) 2.
8、小组将讨论结果写到黑板上。老师适当地提示和补充。The rules when you go climbing:Rule 1: You must have the right shoesRule 2: You must always go with someone and keep together.Rule 3: You must keep to the pathRule 4: You must use ropes when you go rock climbing 第四步:听力训练 1.多层听。 根据对话内容选择合适选项:1.
