1、外研版八年级上册Module8 Unit2教学设计 肖玉莲课题:Module8 Unit2 I was trying to pick it up when it bit me again.教材分析:本单元介绍了一位厨师被蛇咬到手并及时用手机拍照进行自救的事件。本文通过厨师的亲身经历向学生说明了遇到突发事件时应该沉着冷静,尽力想办法自救。本单元 的语言重点是用过去进行时描述在特定时间内发生的事情。本单元分为两个课时,本节课是阅读课。本节课使用的是任务型和探讨、合作式的教学法。 学情分析:在学生已经学习掌握了过去进行时用法的基础上进一步学习过去进行时与when,while引导的时间状语从句连用。教

2、学目标:1知识目标:理解并掌握本单元的重点单词和短语的意思及用法。(bite,climb,hide, throw, fridge, pain, medicine, get worse, climb out of, pick up, take a photo,in pain,in great pain,get worse)2.技能目标:a,能够根据图片预测下文,理解作者通过故事所要传达的信息,理解故事发生的顺序。b,提高提取信息的能力和如何使用科技产品,如手机,数码相机等救人或处理突发事件的能力。情感目标:培养学生能迅速沉着、冷静地处理突发事件,提高自我防护意识。教学重难点:学习过去进行时的用法

3、及过去进行时与when, while引导的时间状语从句连用。教学过程:Stage1 Pre-readingStep1,展示图片复习过去进行时,如-What was she doing?-She was using a mobile phone to listen to music. Step2, Work in pairs, let the Ss talk about what a mobile phone can do? 【设计说明】本活动旨在通过让学生说出尽可能多的手机用途,锻炼学生的发散性思维,同时导入本单元的话题,营造宽松和活跃的课堂气氛。Step3,利用图片展示新单词,比一比看谁能快
