1、ZKS008C直流无刷电机控制器 1、概述ZKS008C低压有传感器永磁直流无刷电机驱动器由本公司自主开发完成，采用电机专用控制电路及专用驱动芯片设计。，调速范围宽、动/静态特性好、保护及时、使用简便。适用于各类低压永磁直流无刷电机驱动控制场合。 本驱动器可提供：外部模拟电压调速，提供完善的保护，转速/电流双闭环控制，正/反转过零控制，报警及转速输出等功能。 ZKS008C-5/10A的实物图 ZKS008C-20A的实物图 技术指标及功能如下： 输入电压范围：DC 12V 75V 最大输出电流：20A (可以按客户要求配置) 最大输出容量：1500VA (可以按客户要求配置) 保护动作电流：

5、s light; when it have alarm，the LED is flicker。 4、转轴指示（Shaft LED） When the motor rotate，the LED is light. Note: when the LED is light, dont touch the shaft。 当电机旋转，则指示灯亮。注意：当灯亮时，不能接触轴。 5、控制接线（Control input） F/Rforward/ reverse control: when it connect to the GND, the motor reverse；otherwise, the moto

6、r forward.正反转控制：当它接地时，电机反转；反之，电机正转。ENenable control: when it connect to GND, the motor running; otherwise, themotor is stop.开关控制：当它接地时，电机运转；反之，电机停止。BKbrake control: when it dont connect, the motor work up to snuff; whenit connect to the GND, the motor stop at once.刹车控制：当它没有连接时，正常工作；当它接地时，电机立即停止(强烈建议

9、5VDC, the speed can be control by the built-in potentiometer from 0 to the highest。Forward rotating accelerate, reverse decelerate. 当SV接口输入6.25伏或者5伏的直流电压，速度可以用内部电位器来控制从0转到最高的转速，电位器顺时针转，加速；逆时针转，减速。 7、外部速度控制（Inside speed control） AWhen adopting outside potentiometer for sdjusting the speed,only link a

10、 adjustable potentiometer of above 2k Ohms to SV PIN. BWhen adopting upper speed giving of 0-5V,the upper machines OV signal will be linked to the drivers COM terminal, the giving signal must be linked to SV PIN. CWhen adopting upper speed giving of 0-20mA,the upper machines 0V signal will be linked

11、 to the drivers COM terminal,a resistor of 250 Ohms/0.5w must be linked between SV terminal and COM terminal,the giving signal must be linked to SV PIN. DWhen adopting upper speed giving of 0-10V, the upper machines0V signal will be linked to the drivers COM terminal, the giving signal must be linke

12、d to SV PIN.at the mean time,adjust the inside potentiometer to make the motor to run at the full speed when the giving signal is 10V. A采用外部电位器调速时，仅需阻值2K以上的可调电位器接入SV即可； B采用上位机给定0-5V调速时，上位机的0V与驱动器COM端相连，给定信号接入SV即可； C采用上位机给定0-20mA调速时，用户订货需说明。上位机的0V与驱动器COM端相连，SV端与COM端并入一250欧/0.5瓦的电阻，给定信号接入SV即可； D采用上位机给

13、定0-10V调速时，用户订货需说明。上位机的0V与驱动器COM端相连，给定信号接入SV即可，调整内部电位器使给定为10V时电机工作于额定转速。 5、快速使用1、将电源线和电机线正确连接后； After correctly link power ang motor wiring; 2、将控制端口的+6.25V接口连到SV接口； Link control ports +6.25V with SV; 3、在EN 和GND 间接一个开关, 并将开关打到断开的位置； Place a switch between EN and GND and switch off it； 4、对控制器通电； Power

14、the controller； 5、启动开关，可通过内部速度控制电位器来调整转速； Switch on，you may adjust the speed by the inside speed control potenmeter； 6、如需要采用外部电位器调速控制，在连接外部电位器后将此电位器和内部电位器均调节到最大，运转电机，调节内部的电位器到电机转速稍微下降处，将内部电位器按顺时针转过5度左右停止，就可以采用外部电位器平稳调速了。 If you need adopting outside potenmeter，after link it you may adjust the two to
