6、ionschedulesandbudgetconstraintsistheCM'sprimeresponsibility.Duringthedesignphase,theCMadviseswithrespecttoperformancecriteria,constructionfeasibilityofalternativebuildingsystems,siteconditions,siteconditions,andavailabilityofmaterialsandlabor.Informationpertainingtotradejurisdictionsandtemporar
7、yjobfacilitiesisalsoprovided.Wherelonglead-timemachinery,equipment,ormaterialsareneeded,theCMwillmakearrangementsfortheirprocurementanddelivery.Duringthedesignprocess,theCMpreparespreliminary,interim,andfinalconstructionprojectbudgetsandconstructiontrackingandphasedconstructionarefrequentlyusedoncon

9、ilityforthesupervisioncoordination,andadministrationoftheconstructionproject.Oftopimportanceinthisregardarecoordinatingtheworkoftheseparatecontractors,checkingtheactualprogressoftheconstructionprojectagainstanestablishedtimeschedule,andexercisingeveryefforttokeepthecostoftheworkwithintheapprovedbudg

28、cientinformationtoenablethemtounderstandwhatisrequiredinorderthattheymaysubmitanaccurateandrealisticcontractdrawingw川includethegeneralarrangementdrawingsshowingthesitelocation,thepositionofthebuildingonthissite,meansofaccesstothesite,floorplans,elevationsandthesedrawingsarenotsuppliedtothecontractor
29、swiththeothertenderinginformation,theyshouldbeinformedwhereandwhentheycanbeinspectionoftheseandotherdrawingsishighlyrecommendedsinceitmayprovidetheopportunityforaninformaldiscussionontheprojectwiththedesigner.Eachdrawingshouldinclude:nameandaddressoftheconsultant(architect,engineerorsurveyor)drawing
