Any fees specified in monetary units in the attached schedule shall be reviewed every 12 mon ths and if n ecessary adjusted in accorda nee with such recog ni sed cost of liv ing in dex as is published in

56、d the Age nt be required to perform duties bey ond the scope of this Agreeme nt the n the terms on which the Age nt may agree to perform such duties will be subject to express agreeme nt betwee n the parties. Without prejudice to the gen erality of the forego ing such duties may include e.g. partici
