2、，青岛海川建设集团中标承建，设计单位为青岛志海工程设计咨询有限公司,由青岛市昌隆建设咨询有限公司监理。本工程为住宅小区第五标段，包括G-0#、I-1#楼和G-1#、I-2#、3#楼。G-0#、I-1#楼为地下一层商业网点，地上13层住宅楼；网点层高为5.1m，住宅层高为2.8m；总建筑面积为8753.43m2 ,其中网点建筑面积为1664.73m2，住宅建筑面积为7088.7m2。G-1#、I-2#、3#楼为地下两层结构，地下一层为商业网点，底下二层为车库，地上为2#、3#楼住宅，2#住宅楼为13层，3#楼住宅楼为13层，局部一单元为11层；车库、网点层高为5.1m，住宅部分层高为2.8m；总

3、建筑面积为19950.55m2，其中车库建筑面积为2961.64m2，网点建筑面积为3530.51m2，2#住宅楼建筑面积为4736.47m2，3#住宅建筑面积为8721.93m2。2. 配电系统的选择与布置1) 系统形式选择根据施工用电机械设备的性质，建筑施工总平面图及在建工程的地理位置和周围环境，现箱变（由甲方负责，供电局施工）先暂时定位于本项目部的东侧，本项目安装一个总箱，从箱变直接引出，至本项目部的最北侧，因此本设计只负责总箱以下的线路及电气开关的选择。本工程采用380KVA变压器直接供电。根据施工平面图中各用电设备的位置、数量及现场情况，拟采用放射式与树干式或混合的配电系统方式，由分

4、配电箱到用电设备均采用放射式，以保证设备相互之间无干扰。2) 系统的布置施工现场共计分四路：第一路：分配电箱在3#楼以北，橡皮铜芯电缆。由总配电箱设到3#楼塔吊西北，二级配电。由二级配电箱分四路分别向3#楼塔吊、楼上用电、木工棚及办公室供电。第二路：分配电箱在2#楼以北，橡皮铜芯电缆。由总配电箱设到2#塔吊以北，二级配电。由二级配电箱分三路分别向2#楼塔吊、楼上供电及钢筋棚供电。第三路：1#楼以北，橡皮铜芯电缆。由总配电箱设到1#塔吊北，二级配电。由二级配电箱分四路分别向1#楼塔吊、楼上供电、木工棚及钢筋棚供电。第四路：宿舍以北，橡皮铜芯电缆，由总箱设到宿舍以北，二级配电箱向宿舍、食堂、淋浴间

5、及厕所供电。3. 电缆及电线的选择线路敷设配电干线除由总配电箱引出的场区照明支路和移动配电箱外，均采用五芯橡皮绝缘线缆敷设。移动配电箱和各支线均选用500伏V橡皮绝缘电缆线。4. 电器装置选择1) 总配电箱及分配电箱均设总自动空气开关及分路自动空气开关或刀闸开关，用电设备处工作电流大于60A用自动空气开关。自动空气开关选用DZ10型，刀闸开关用HK型。2) 每台用电设备均有各自专用的开关箱，实行“一机一闸一漏一箱”制。3) 总配电箱装设一块0-450V的电压表和一块0-600A的电流表。4) 照明和动力合用一配电箱，但照明与动力分路设置，每一个配电箱照明部分安装一个两级漏电保护器和刀闸开关。名

7、、保护零线不得装设开关和熔断器。b、保护零线应单独铺设，不作它用，专供正常情况下的不带电的金属外壳（如电动机，配电箱，开关箱外壳等）和重复接地线相连接。c、与电气设备相连接的保护零线应为截面不小于2.5平方毫米的多股软铜线，保护零线和工作零线要严格分开，工作零线仅供220V用电设备使用。、保护零线的统一标志宜为绿/黄双色线， 或用共它特殊颜色的导线来表示。6. 总配电箱、分配电箱线路铺设1) 总配电箱的设置从箱变至各总箱、总箱至各分配电箱分别直接埋设电缆线相连接，电缆埋设深度不小于0.7米 ，过施工道路处，加钢管保护，电缆埋设上方0.2米处，铺设电缆标志。箱变及总配电箱处设电度表，配电箱布置图

8、详见临时用电平面布置。2) 配电箱、开关箱的设置配电箱、开关箱应采用铁质或优质绝缘材料制作，装设应端正、牢固；移动式配电箱、开关箱应装设在固定的支架上。固定式配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面的距离应大于1.3m小于1.5m，下面应设置操作人员的绝缘垫；移动式配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面的距离应大于0.6m小于1.5m。7. 绘制临电平面布置图，接线系统图（见后）8. 安全用电技术措施1) 凡是现场施工用电，一律采用三相五线制，做好重复接地，设备作好保护接零。2) 线路禁止使用老化、绝缘性差的电线，严禁乱拉乱扯，线路架设要牢固，确保安全。3) 配电箱一律做好防潮、防雨，并作好接零保护。4) 电动施工机械

9、和手持电动机械的负荷线选用无接头的多股铜芯橡皮护套软电缆。5) 安装维修拆除临时用电工程，必须由电工完成，其它人员不得擅自施工。6) 购置的设备必须符合相应的国家标准、专业标准和安全标准。执行专人专机负责制，定期检查、维修。施工现场临时用电每周查一次（漏电保护器每月试测一次）。9. 施工现场电器防火措施1) 导线必须按设计截面选用，严禁超负荷使用，对焊机、电焊机和塔吊三者不能同时使用。各种导线的接头要接扎牢固，并做好绝缘，以防接触不良增大电阻发生火灾。2) 配电箱、开关箱附近禁止堆放物品，尤其是易燃物品。3) 使用对焊机、电焊机时，周围严禁堆放易燃物品，并设专人监护，附近备齐防火设备。4) 施
