2、15;实施中华人民共和国国家国家质量监督检验检疫总局 发 布中 国 国 家 标 准 化 管 理 委 员 会GB/T ××××-×××× 前 言本部分为GB/T 2992的第6部分。本部分代替GB/T 17912-1999回转窑用耐火砖形状尺寸。本次修订与GB/T 17912-1999相比主要变化如下:修改了本部分适用范围到水泥回转窑、活性石灰、轻烧白云石回转窑、耐火原料回转窑、含铁球团回转窑及有色冶金回转窑等;增加了“等楔差尺寸回转窑用砖”、“回转窑专用锁砖”的术语及定义;修改了尺寸砖号及尺寸规格;修改了等中间尺寸

4、围 GB/T 2992的本部分规定了回转窑用砖的术语和定义、尺寸砖号、尺寸规格、尺寸、尺寸特征及窑衬配砌方案设计计算。 本部分适用于水泥回转窑、活性石灰、轻烧白云石回转窑、耐火原料回转窑、含铁球团回转窑及有色冶金回转窑筒体工作衬。2 术语和定义本部分采用下列术语和定义。2.1回转窑用砖 bricks for use in rotary kilns; bricks for rotary kilns指回转窑用厚楔形砖,即回转窑筒体专用的大小端距离A设计在长度上、大小端尺寸C/D设计在厚度上的楔形砖,见图1。图1 回转窑用砖2.2等大端尺寸回转窑用砖 bricks for use in rotary

6、icks for use in rotary kiln with constant taper dimension;bricks for rotary kilns with constant taper dimension楔差CD都相等的回转窑用砖。2.5回转窑专用锁砖 special closure bricks for use in rotary kilns;special closure bricks for rotary kilns回转窑砖衬砌筑中最后封闭砖环(锁缝)的楔形砖。3 尺寸砖号及尺寸规格 3.1尺寸砖号表示法3.1.1国际标准尺寸砖号表示法(表1和表2)回转窑用砖的尺寸砖号
7、由字母和数字组成:末两位数表示该砖大小端距离A的厘米数,其前的数字表示该砖标称外直径的米数;数字前的字母A、B分别表示等大端尺寸103mm、等中间尺寸71.5mm。3.1.2表3、表4和表5的砖号表示法等中间尺寸75mm回转窑用砖(表3)、等大端尺寸100mm回转窑用砖(表4)和回转窑专用锁砖(表5)的尺寸砖号,由名称代号H(“厚”的汉语拼音首字母)、大小端距离A的厘米数、短横线“-”和大小端厚度尺寸C/D的毫米数组成。3.2尺寸规格表示法回转窑用砖的尺寸规格(mm)以A×(C/D)×B表示。4 砖的尺寸及尺寸特征4.1 等大端尺寸103mm回转窑用砖的尺寸及尺寸特征见表1

31、计算中采用设计尺寸119.125mm。 3、大小端尺寸(mm)C/D为120.4/112.9、120.4/115.4、119.1/111.6、104.0/99.0的加厚锁砖,可作为大直径楔形砖配砌等楔差双楔形砖砖环。附录A(规范性附录)窑衬配砌方案设计计算为适应回转窑用砖的国际标准和我国标准采取的等大端尺寸、等中间尺寸、不等端尺寸和等楔差尺寸双楔形砖砖环的计算,本部分采用基于回转窑用砖尺寸特征的简化计算式 (A1) (A2)式中Kx及Kd-分别为所计算双楔形砖砖环内小直径楔形砖及大直径楔形砖的数量,块;Kx'及Kd'-分别为所计算双楔形砖砖环内小直径楔形砖及大直径楔形砖的每环极
32、限砖块数,块;Dx及Dd-分别为所计算双楔形砖砖环内小直径楔形砖及大直径楔形砖的外直径,mm;D-所计算双楔形砖砖环的外直径,mm,此时DxDDd简化计算式A1和式A2可用于国际标准中等大端尺寸103mm系列砖环和等中间尺寸71.5mm系列砖环的计算,但其简易计算式太多,不规范和难以记忆。在式A1和式A2指导下,等大端尺寸100mm和等中间尺寸75mm双楔形砖环内相配砌的两种楔形砖的楔差之比设计为1/2、2/3或3/4的简单整数比,便得到楔差比相同的诸多砖环采用同一规范计算通式,见表A1和表A2。为适应大直径回转窑衬需要,但又不减小砖的楔差,本标准增设了等楔差5mm和7.5mm的加厚砖,同时作
