4、理槽：Rust removing and oil clea ning tank:按体积比：BR-101A : CA-66 :水=1:6:3配制工作液。当大气气压 低或者天气有雾时，按1%向槽内加入BN- 111酸雾抑制剂，用来控 制槽液酸雾挥发。As the ratio by volume to make the working solution .When the atmos is low or there is any fog , add 1% Acid fog inhibitor BN-111 by volume .(2) 中和处理槽：Neutralizer Tank : 春、夏、秋季时

5、：按重量比 810% 加入中和剂 BH-008 配制工作液。 冬季气温低时：按比重 35% 加入 TS-300 配制工作液。 春夏秋工件以中和为主；冬季以清洗为主。In the season of spring ,summer and autumn :Add Neutralizer BH-008 810% by weight to make the working solution .In winter ,when the temperature is low :Add Passivator TS-300 35% by weight to make the working solution .

6、(3) 皮膜钝化处理槽：Passivation tank : 按重量比 1015% 加入水质调节剂 TS-300 配制工作溶液。Add Passivator 1015% by weight to make the working solution . 工作槽液的工艺参数：technic data for the Working solution liquid in the tanks :除锈除油二合一处理槽：常温浸渍，时间：3090min , PH值w 1.5Rust removing and oil cleaning tank: soakage at the normal temperatu

7、re , time :3090min ,PH w 1.5 .中和槽：春夏秋季：PH三12，常温浸渍时间35min ;冬季PH三9,浸渍时间35min , 温度30 C左右。Neutralizer Tank :In the seas on of spri ng ,summer and autu mn : liquid PH PH 三 12, soakage time 35min; In winter PH 三 12, soakage time 35min. working temperature about 30 °C .皮膜钝化处理槽：PH值三10常温浸渍时间510min。Passi

8、vation tank :Liquid PH 三 10 . soakage time 510min.操作工艺规程：Working engineering procedure .(1) 向挂具筐内摆放钢管工件时，尽量考虑管内溶液容易排放掉。When put pipes in the working basket , please consider that the liquid in the pipe is easy to drain out .(2) 将工件吊放到工作槽溶液中的时候，要上下吊挂数次，使管件在溶液 中上下摆动以加快除锈除油速度。When put the working box i

9、n the liquid , the box should be lift and lowedmany times in order to make the pipe luffing in the mixture , that will make the working process ofRust removing and oil cleaning much faster .(3) 工件从除锈除油槽、中和槽和皮膜钝化槽中吊出后，都应采用双机吊 钩装吊挂具架，前后分别提升下降，以排净管内溶液。When the pipes is taking out from the working solution of rust removing and oil cleaning tank, Neutralizer Tank and Passivation tank all should be luffing many times in order to drain out the liquid in the pipe .(4) 经常测定工作槽液的 PH 值并适当补充
