6、tyincr pro ease ducon the ti capa inte会计电算化专业建设实施方案陕西经济管理职业技术学院一、会计电算化专业建设目标（一）总体目标以提高人才质量为目标、 以人才培养模式改革与创新为主体， 根据本地区产业发展趋势， 以应用型、复合型人才培养为目标， 以会计行业高等技术应用性人才知识、素质、能力要求为依据，以全面推进 “工学结合”、“项目驱动”、“双证融合”的 教学模式改革为抓手，创新构建具有鲜明高职教育特色的教学环境，构建以应用为主旨的课程和教学内容体系， 把服务产业、 内涵建设、提高质量放在专业建设的 突出位置 , 强化实践教学， 提高教学质量； 以深化校企

7、合作为重点，优化整合社会资源， 建 立以企业需求为导向， 以学校办学为基础， 学校教育与企业培养紧密联系、社会与学校评价相 结合的技能人才培养体系。 通过 3-5 年努力，把本专业建设成基础理论适度、专业实践技能强， 知识面宽的陕西省特色专业。（二）具体目标1、深入推进“工学结合” 、“项目驱动”的教学模式，实现人才培养模式和课程体 系改革的新跨越。专业资料整理（ 1）建立企业调研机制。 在项目论证、实施以及效果跟踪的全过程中，通过企业调研 机制的建立， 实现持续改进， 通过到企业进行初期调研、 过程调研和目标调研，保证方案 制定的先进性和可行性，实现方案实施的精确性和规范性，最终达到企业的高

21、件，满足实践技能培训的要求。2、以能力为核心，不断推进评价模式改革。 在目前“双证融通、技能提升”的评价模式探索的基础上，不断推进以职业 资格标准为纽带， 社会与学校共同参与的人才评价体系改革。 进一步推进 “双证 书”制度，积极组织和参与技能竞赛活动，提升学生的技能和社会认可度，不断 吸收行业、企业及其他社会组织共同参与人才培养质量评价，将毕业生就业率、 就业质量、创业成效等作为衡量人才培养质量的重要指标， 形成相互衔接的多元 评价机制。3、以“高端引领，营造成长阶梯”为队伍建设机制，优化师资队伍结构， 全面提升师资队伍水平。建设高水平的 “双师型” 师资队伍是专业建设项目期内的重中之重，

22、是推进 专业发展的源泉。（ 1）组织新课程理念全员培训。项目期内，组织覆盖本专业全体教师的新课程理念和现代教育技术培训 10 次以上（ 2）培养专业带头人。 建立专业带头人培养制度，引导建立一支“师风正、 人品好、理论扎实、技能精湛、开拓创新”的专业带头人队伍，为本专业培养 1-2 名专业带头人，引领专业发展，扩大专业影响力，强化专业功能，扩展示范 服务作用。（ 3）建立“新教师、骨干教师、教学名师”的阶梯培养制度。通过校本自培的长效机制，使“新教师入门有人带，骨干教师成长有人推，教学名师发展有人追”，力争体现“对象 覆盖面广，内容涉及面宽，发展阶梯性强”的特点，引导中青年教师思考和规划自己的

37、校内实习实训基地建设。项目期内，将与企业合作，本专业的手工模拟实验室、ERP实验室进一步改进，并增设审计信息化实验室、ERP 沙盘模拟实验室等校内实训实验室，进一步体现企业的工作环境。（ 4）增设校外实训基地。 在目前校外实训基地的基础上，巩固或新建 1-2 个校外实训 基地， 更好地完善工学结合教学模式， 实实在在地做好顶岗实习和教师进企业研修工作。4、开展社会培训，服务社会。依托学校的教学资源， 积极为企业开展技能培训和业务咨询服务， 力求使本专业成为社 会反映良好，培养特色鲜明的优质专业。二、会计电算化专业建设实施方案（一）主要建设内容1 、人才培养模式与课程体系改革 人才培养模式方面，建立企业调研机制，深入开展“校企合作、工学结合” 培养模式改革研讨，制定新模式下的人才培养方案，并形成动态调整机制。课程建设方面，成立行业企业专家共同开发课程体系团队，构建基于工作过实施基程导向的课程体系， 制定专业主干课程的课程标准， 完成学习任务设计；于工作过程导向的新课程教学模式并进行实施效果分析，加强质量监控。同时，编写项目驱动校本教材，并在教学实践中丰富完善源进行建设：创建适应工
