2、ent of china"s economy, enterprises are paying more and more attention to the role of logistics in the operation of enterprises. chinese enterprises need to gradually adjust their development strategies from the perspective of the supply chain, and optimize each logistics link according to thei

3、r own logistics. in the logistics link, warehousing is one of the seven major links in logistics. it plays a vital role in reducing the logistics costs of enterprises and improving customer satisfaction. although automated warehouses are the future development trend, at present, there is still a lon

4、g way to go in china"s national conditions. most of our country still uses traditional warehouse for logistics operations for these enterprises, good layout of storage facilities is the key to improve efficiency and reduce costs. based on the above, the research contents of this design are as f

5、ollows. first of all, the background and current situation of this deign research topic are described, and the research content is clarified.briefly summarize the relevant theories and methods used in this design. according to the field survey, the layout of each operation unit of j e-commerce grain

6、 and oil warehouse, constraints affecting warehouse planning, planning period and planning objectives are integrated, analyzed and summarized. it is found that these problems exist in j e-commerce grain and oil warehouse: unreasonable design of waste recycling system, optimization and improvement of

7、 the overall layout of the warehouse, low work efficiency and transportation cost there are a series of problems, such as the confusion of high and on-site management. secondly, according to the problems existing in the facility layout of the j e-commerce grain and oil warehouse, the traditional sys

8、tem facility layout (slp) method is used to improve and optimize it. according to the slp method, the logistics volume and non logistics volume of each operation unit of grain and oil warehouse are analyzed, in which the garbage recycling volume should be specially considered, and the logistics volu

9、me of garbage generated by each operation unit should be obtained as one of the important considerations of warehouse layout. after the analysis, the comprehensive relationship among the operation units in the warehouse is obtained, and then the location correlation map is drawn. according to the ac

10、tual situation of the warehouse, draw the general layout of the warehouse. the two optimized design schemes are preliminarily selected, and the optimized scheme is obtained by using expert scoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. finally, the optimization scheme is re-optimized by genetic algorit

11、hm (ga), the model is established by setting the constraint amount, and the final scheme is provided to provide a reference design scheme for j e-commerce.the feasibility and effectiveness of this design and research are verified by a practical scheme. key words:slp;facility layout optimization;garb
