1、技术交底记录工程名称交底日期施工单位分项工程名称交底提要一、工程概况：玉溪市中心城区火车站片区2012年公共租赁住房建设项目（第四标段），总建筑 面积约14万nf,其中地下建筑面积约为 22000 %共7栋2932层商住楼和5栋商 业，地下一层。本工程地下室基础防水除混凝土自防水外，外做柔性防水采用聚乙烯 丙纶卷材复合防水层。二、施工准备：（一）、机具准备：搅拌容器、搅拌电钻、手提桶、橡胶刮板、剪刀、扫帚、铁锹等。（二）、材料准备：所用材料为聚乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材材料进场复试：以同一生产厂家的统一品牌，同一等级的产品，100卷以下抽2卷，进行规格尺寸和外观质量检验，进行复试的卷材将卷材切除距外

2、层卷头 300 mm后 顺纵向切取2000nlm的的全副卷材2块，一块作物理性能检验用，另一块备用。（三）、作业条件：1、提前做好材料进场的复试工作，在施工前要提前进行，以免影响工期。2、基础垫层及防水保护墙即砖胎模已施工完毕，并通过有关人员验收，办理好相 关的验收手续，且垫层及防水保护墙粉刷层已干燥。3、按防水卷材粘贴要求，所有粘贴卷材部位的阴阳角必须做成半径为20mnM 45度折角，以保证防水卷材粘贴牢固。三、施工工艺及方法：1、底板防水施工施工工艺：基层清理 涂刷底层处理剂 弹出附加层边线 铺贴卷材标准线附加层施工第一层卷材防水层施工第二层卷材防水层施工封边抹20厚1:2.5水泥砂浆找平

5、宽度 500mm按照弹好的位置线用聚合物水泥胶与基层粘贴牢固。具 体做法见下图。阴身处卷材附加层铺贴方法阳角处卷材附加层循贴方法卷材铺贴方法：在垫层和胎膜上全部采用满铺法：将成卷的防水卷材按弹好的标 准位置放于基层下面，把聚合物水泥防水胶按一袋胶粘剂1公斤与6到12公斤水泥干混均匀后，用电动工具边搅拌边加水 27.5至32.5公斤，搅拌均匀后加入剩余的水 泥，然后用电动搅拌器搅拌均匀，搅拌至无沉淀无凝块无泡沫即可用，并在规定时间 内用完。并将其底面与基层之间的空气全部排出。卷材搭接：卷材的长边、短边之间 压边均不小于10CR1在立面与平面的转角处，卷材的接缝应在平面上，距立面不小于 600mm

6、处。接缝处要用聚合物粘贴牢固，以边缘挤出聚合物为合格，随即刮封接口， 防止出现张嘴和翘边，使之成为一个完整的防水层。卷材与基层粘结面积不应小于 90%第一层聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材施工完毕经检查验收合格后，方可进行第二层聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材的施工，即将成卷的防水卷材按弹好的标准位置放于第一层聚乙烯丙纶防 水卷材上面，用聚合物水泥防水胶卷材粘接，边用双手压紧卷材慢慢地滚铺，将基底 面与基层粘贴牢固。上、下两层卷材顺一个方向平行铺贴，接缝须错开三分之一卷材 幅宽，端部接头应错开300mmz上，卷材铺贴后24h内严禁上人或在其上进行下一道 工序施工。大面积的卷材铺贴完，要对卷材的横竖接缝进行封边处理，将流出

10、e c - ee技术交底记录工程名称交底日期施工单位分项工程名称交底提要封边处理：大面积的卷材铺贴完，要对卷材的横竖接缝进行封边处理，将流出的 胶粘剂用铁抹子轻轻抹平，使其形成明显的胶粘带条。铺贴卷材经监理和甲方人员检查验收合格后，方可抹20厚1:2.5水泥砂浆找平与其他临边建筑防水卷材要富于 200300mnmZ便于防水的整体效果。2、外墙立面防水施工：外墙立面防水施工工艺同底板防水施工工艺施工方法：1）清理基层：要求基层无杂物、尘土或滞留砂浆，用2m长直尺检查，基层与直尺之间的最大空隙不应超过 5mm空隙仅允许平缓变化，且每米长度内不得多于一处。2）基层处理完毕后，涂刷涂刷底层处理剂，要求

11、采用满涂。3）对结构墙体阴阳角做500mn®聚乙烯丙纶布防水附加层。4）立面铺贴大面卷材，具工艺流程与底板第一层施工工艺相同，5）外墙与底板砖胎模之间防水层预留错缝搭接长度处，采用加300mm宽封口条的方法加固。6）卷材末端收头用橡胶沥青嵌缝膏嵌固填实。四、检查与验收：1、防水基层：基层必须牢固，无松动现象。基层表面的阴阳角处均做成圆角或钝角基层表面应清洁、干燥，不得有起砂、起皮等现象。基层处理剂涂刷均匀无漏刷，不得出现透底等现象。卷材防水层表面应平整，用 2m长直尺检查，基层与直尺间的最大空隙不应超过5mm且每米长度内不得多于一处，空隙仅允许平缓变化。然后补抹1:2.5水泥砂浆找平

16、监理和甲方的见证下抽取。规格、外观质量检查：按要求抽样取卷材试样，开卷进行检查，全部指标达到标准 规格即为合格。其中有一项指标达不到要求应在受检产品中加倍取样复验，全部达到标 准规定即为合格。复验时有一项指标不合格，则认为该产品外观不合格。外观质量检查 标准见下表：卷材外观质量检查项目厅p项目外观质量要求1断裂、皱折、孔洞、剥离不允许2边缘不整齐、不均匀无明显差异3胎体未浸透、露胎不允许4涂盍/、均匀不允许物理性能实验：外观检查合格后，将取样的卷材切除距外层卷头2.5m后，顺纵向取全幅卷材宽度两块送试验室，进行拉伸性能、耐热度、柔度、和不透水性试验。3、施工验收：卷材铺贴方法和搭接、收头符合施

17、工规范规定，粘贴牢固，连接严密，不得有损伤、 皱折、翘边及鼓泡等缺陷。卷材粘结面积不应小于 90%卷材搭接宽度的允许偏差为± 10mm五、保证措施：1、质量保证措施：按施工组织设计中的质量保证体系运作程序和检查制度，严格进行事前预防、过程 控制。防水专业施工队成立现场质量保证机构，由防水公司项目经理、施工质量员、技术 安全员组成。每道工序施工前，责任工长应向施工班组做好技术交底，并明确操作方法和质量标 准。施工人员应持有建设行政主管部门或其指定单位颁发的执业资格证书。每道工序施工过程中管理人员应进行过程监督，施工完后由专职质量检查员、监理asuestwkcug - esslyasu

22、加强成品的控制；已铺好的卷材防水层，应及时保护措施，不得受尖物的刺碰，以免损伤防水层。阴阳角、管根等防水层，不得损伤变形。防水层验收合格后，要派专人看护，作好书面交底，责任到人。所有铺好的防水层上，严禁穿钉鞋的人员进入施工现场，不得堆放防水以外的材料、设备；严禁凿眼打洞。在作防水保护层时，手推车等硬物必须加软保护，尽量使用平锹，推手推车时， 防水层上必须有可靠的铺垫物。防水施工前应认真听取气象报告，在天气晴好时抓紧时间施工，雨天或五级风沙 天暂停施工，以免表面出现缺陷。底板、外墙钢筋绑扎时应注意不应碰撞防水保护墙，防止穿破保护层损坏防水层。 防止施工过程电焊，机戒意外以坏卷材。3、安全保证措施
