1、喷油螺杆压缩机油缸泡水问题原因与解决方案-andrew lin一些客户压缩机选型偏大一倍以上，或者调试期间用气量很少，或者工艺改变用气量减小, 压缩机只工作在满负荷的40%以下。这时，压缩机的平均油温将降低（注：标准配置38c 恒温旁通阀比较明显，配置高温恒温旁通阀不明显），可能只有40-70co如果低负荷低油温运转的压缩机恰恰遇到湿热或湿冷天气，压缩机油缸温度低于泡水的凝 结临界温度时，油缸内结露、油乳化，甚至油缸泡水。后果：1）绝大多数轻微结露泡水情况不为人知，但造成机器慢性内伤，加剧磨损、降低压 缩机性能、缩短轴承和机头的寿命，增加大修频率和费用，减少压缩机寿命。这 好比汽车泡水里了，拉

2、出来还接着开，后果可想而知。这种情况其实最糟糕，恶果是客户肯定误认为机器质量不好。2）少数及时发现严重泡水，要更换油分离器芯、润滑油、油过滤器等耗材修理，花 费不菲。这种情况客户往往会误认为机器质量不好。3）极少数严重泡水仍继续运转，则机头报废，要花费整机一半的价格大修。不用说, 如果不免费修理，将彻底丢失客户，或者厂家代理商亏大本大修。阿特拉斯公司对于油缸泡水问题已经有很详细的研究，并有计算软件算出什么条件下会发 生油缸泡水。是否发生油缸泡水是由4个条件确定的：1）环境温度2）吸气相对湿度3）排气压力4）海拔高度（海拔高度决定了压缩机进气的绝对压力，因而影响到压缩机的压缩比）如下是用软件算出

17、运行，方法1）建议客户选择更小的压缩机（某些投标场合无法做到），使压缩机在加载率50%以 上以到达7090度正常油温运行。为了满足瞬间大气量需求，储气罐加大13倍。方法2）在下订单时将恒温旁通阀更改为高温旁通阀选项，不增加费用。（这种选择的缺点 是机器满载运行时容易高温，降低压缩机效率，缩短耗材寿命，增加日常费用）（题外话1：这些需要ac销售人员更加深入与客户沟通，仔细了解客户实际使用情况，提出合理的整套解决方案。）（题外话2： ir机器标准配置的是高温旁通阀，不容易发生油缸泡水问题，其缺点客户看不到，但当ac标配38度恒温阀机 器泡水而ir标配侖温旁通阀机器不泡水时，客户就误认为ac机器质量不如1r。看来做ac的销售，技术上必须比ir的人 更高才行）情况2:短期（例如调试期间）低加载率低油温运行 方法：将油冷却器部分用纸板木板铁皮遮挡一部份（万万不可遮挡后冷却器的部分！）， 使低加载率时的油温上升到70度以上。当加载率高油温高过95度时，就拿下来。这种办 法做起来简单，但运行操作麻烦些，要随时注意油温
