1、    何谓好的大学教学？30年来国外大学卓越教学研究的回顾、特点及启示    在国外，推进大学卓越教学研究，大学内部的教学中心始终是主力；而且，这些中心进行教学研究，少见由上而下的发动，多是由下而上的推动。这些中心进行项目研究，以作为校方决策提供依据。另外，如果各院系所基于需要主动向教学中心求助，中心也会提供帮助；但是，援助业务若与中心业务不直接相关者，则不予考虑。例如：伊利诺伊大学教学卓越中心进行教学研究，也做学生意见调查和毕业生问卷调查。学生意见调查部分，问卷分成校卷、系所卷、个人卷三个层次；问卷有两个全校通用题目，其余是各系所特殊题目。教师个人亦

2、可依个人需求，要求加入题目，结果作为个人参考改进教学之用。教学中心还提供多种咨询服务，并且确保服务质量，可谓是追求“真正意义上研究大学的教学”83。这些做法，值得学习和借鉴。“高校承担着培养人才、科学研究与服务社会的三大职能，其中培养人才是高校教育教学的核心职能所在。”84教学“占据了大学教师大多数的时间”“是大学教师生活中最吸引人的方面之一，而且也是大学教师生活的核心任务。”85然而，在中国大学，无论是研究型大学还是教学型大学，无论是“双一流”建设大学还是非“双一流”建设大学，教学都还没有受到应有重视，“水课”现象还普遍存在。从“水课”走向“金课”，可以说是任重道远。“高校教师的教学投入则是
