28、ontinual.5 : the constructor introduction  salt spray chamber structure is as follows: for reference only, according to the real object please.5.1 interior of test chamber1. spray tower (or baffle type): built-in glass spray nozzle is placed inside the spray tube, spraying through the tower tub

29、e guide and then through the conical diffuser (or baffle) uniformly dispersed spray to the interior of test chamber2. spray adjuster: adjusts the size of the spray volume, an turn up the conical dispersion (or baffle) in the spray tower, the spray volume will increases . on the contrary, turn down i

35、lve: manually adjusting the intake and spray pressure. inlet pressure is controlled at 0.4mpa; spray pressure is controlled at 0.07 0.17mpa.  pressure meter: this meter shows the air pressure is at that moment when the air through the saturated air cylinder heated and reach to spray nozzle.

37、temperature, according to the standard temperature setting.2. saturated air barrel temperature controller: control saturated air barrel temperature.3. timer: adjustable 1 9999hr test time can be arbitrarily set, the end of automatic shutdown, with automatic zero device.4.time counter: direct reading

41、stem.(11) lid switch: bgd882 salt spray chamber with handle rotary lid switch that controls the opening and closing lid.6 : test chamber installation instruction.6.1 please install a no-fuse breaker plus or knife switch between machines outside wire and 2.5mm ² total power wire.6.2 the chamber

42、lid of bgd882 salt spray chamber equipped with a air pump , turn on the lid switch to "lid open" location, the lid will be support automatically when it up to the top, and then the lid switch is turn to "lid stop" location; if want to close the lid, please turn the switch to the

43、"lid off" location . the lid will be support automatically after it off in place, and then turn the lid switch to "lid stop" location ; bgd880 salt spray chamber dont have air pump, you can manually open the chamber lid directly.6.3 pvc1 / 2 rigid pipe can be use as drain pi

44、pe, please note water pipes should be downwards; exhaust pipe can be replace by other models soft pipe and extend it to outdoor to discharge, should to pay attention for installation of the exhaust pipe, it should be parallel up or down along the machine. correct incorrect 6.4 installation of the sp

45、ray tower(as is shown in the figure),which is erected in the center of the built-in sample stand.note :a. install glass nozzle must gently, in case to damage to glass nozzle by overexert.b. let the outlet of glass nozzle up and put into circular the center location of the spray tower tube, while rot

46、ating the glass nozzle fastening nut.c. keep a certain distance between the tip of spray tower and the cylindrical tower body to ensure the salt fog be spray out.6.5 installation of the funnel cylinder(as is shown in the figure)note: a. stuff up the silicone pipe which leading to inside the cabinets

47、 with a rubber stopper to prevent salt fog leak, thus effecting electrical systems and other equipment. b. install the rubber stopper 2 on the outlet of glass cylinder (as above figure), install glass nozzle must gently, in case to damage to glass nozzle by overexert. c. put the glass cyli

48、nders which installed rubber stopper 2 vertically upwards on the cylinder bracket, as shown above 6.6 installation of lid support: install the lid support at back of salt spray chamber with screws, let the screws into original threaded hole.6.7 the air source pipe connect to the air inlet of pressur

49、e regulating valve. please turn off air source before you start installation, prevent too much pressure damage the device.  6.8 this machine is made of pvc plastic, do not drastic collision in case machine rupture. do not more than the standard temperature range of test, thus avoid distortion d

50、ue to overheating7 : preparation before start7.1 replenish water at the bottom of workroom: turn on the power switch, the panel low water indicator light on, tap water should be added to the bottom of the workroom, until the water level reaches the overflow gap, then stop, subject to low water level

51、 light off which located at the left of panel, if there shows low water in the chamber when starting up the machine, please check whether the chamber hold on level .7.2 replenish water in seal groove: adding water into the seal groove which located around the upside of chamber before test, not too f

52、ull, subject to the water and salt fog not spill after close the chamber lid. 7.3 replenish water in saturated barrel: adding distilled water or deionized water into air-saturated bucket , , subject to low water level light off which located at the right of panel, saturated barrel located at right c

53、orner of the chamber, there is a root of water level pipe near to transparent plastic pipe , the water level should reach to four-fifths position of water level pipe is appropriate, when the water level is reduced to 1/4 means should to timely replenish water , thus prevent test interrupt caused by

54、water shortages so then affect the test process.     if the water level of saturated barrel is not enough, please add the right amount of pure water or distilled , please turn off the spraying switch when replenish water, turn on the charging liquid valve of saturated barrel firs

55、t ,and then , pure water or distilled water from the saturated barrel outlet, turn off the charging liquid valve replenish water . note: do not add water in the spraying process, r must turn off the gas supply when adding water, otherwise, water will cant be add into saturated barrel. 7.4 charging b

56、rine: put the concocted salt solution (as 5% concentration) into the storage tank which located at the top of control box of machine , exhaust gas which inside silicone tube, brine flow into the spraying tower automatically, brine cant be lower than the lower limit mark of storage tank .7.5 install

57、fog release pipe: when released fog affected other equipment in the room. user are allowed to lengthen exhaust pipe, let released fog flow to outdoor or into sewer. but exhaust pipe cant be block. in case to affect release salt fog. and blocked pipe will make pressure in workroom unceasing increase

58、, result in chamber lid be open by air .thus to affect whole test . 7.6 install funnel inside the test chamber: check the connection pipe between the funnel and the fog collector is unobstructed, make sure it dont affect the collection of falling salt fog.  7.7 place the sample: open the chamber lid, put the samples on the sample holder of workroom correctly, and tilting angle should to according with required standards, such as the standard panel 13
