General 1.1 Structure PlanThe underground service system include storm drainage system、sewage drainage system、communication pipe system、water supply and fire fighting pipe system.Storm water drainage system includes reinforcement con
17、crete pipe 、 HDPE pipe 、U-channel and manhole. The main pipeline is consist of three RC pipelines which vertically with the direction of the river, the outfall is set in the front side of terminal, the branch pipeline is consist of HDPE pipe 、 U-channel and RC pipe at the direction of river downstre
18、amSewage system includes RC pipe and manhole and storage tank. RC pipe and manhole mainly in area CY1 and area CY2 and area EG. The two storage tank are in area CS3 and CY3.Communication pipe system is consist of upvc pipe 、high and low voltage draw pit 、 extra low voltage draw pit that they set in
19、all area.Water supply system is consist of galvanized steel pipe 、 valves 、pump and water tank ,they mainly in area CY1 to CY4,galvanized steel pipe is set from area CY to area CS3 alone the terminal side near the holcim cement plant Fire fighting is consist of galvanized steel pipe 、valves、 pumps a
20、nd water tanks, they mainly in area CY1 to CY4, galvanized steel pipe and hydrant is set in the center and around side of terminal. 1.2 construction contentConstruction of the underground service system include the following content :1)、The excavating and backfill of trench and pit 2)、The laying of

36、 drainage system, sewage drainage system and electricity and communication system mainly include construction work for pipe, drain, cable channel, manhole, oil interceptor and water tank.5.1 Reinforcement concrete pipeThe diameter of this reinforced concrete pipe is 300mm to1800mm, and the length of

38、Backfilling TrenchAcceptance5.1.2 Setting OutSurvey temporary bench mark on site according to drawing and bench mark appointed by engineer before excavation of foundation trench, the site temporary benchmark must be closed and the closure discrepancy ±12mm (K is the distance between two benchma
39、rks, unit : KM) , the temporary benchmark must be rechecked by engineer and then construction. Firstly, run a centerline and side line of pipe trench, stick the wooden pile and let out the lime line of excavation edge. Retest original ground level; mark the excavated depth of pipe trench on a point
40、at each 20m by bamboo pile. 5.1.3 Trench excavation Excavation by the method of machinery and manual labor combined, the compacted sand and a small quantity of CMD column were used as excavation material. The depth of trench excavation is according to the design drawing. 1) slope of trench Making th
41、e side slope of trench: Considering the effect of pipe installation by machine and dynamic load of temporarily stack tubing. When the trench depth is 1<h<1.5m , then trench slope shall be i = 1:0.25,(H:V). When the trench depth 1.5h<2m, then trench slope shall be i= 1:0.5,(H:V). When the tr
42、ench depth 2h<3m , then trench slope shall be I= 1:0.75,(H:V)2) the width of trench The width of excavation for reinforced concrete pipe shall be according to table5.9 (effective trench widths) in section 5 (drainage works) of contract specification. (Refer to table 01). Table 01Nominal diameter

45、h width (300mm)b1: Work place on one side of concrete pipes ,b1=(L1-2a1-D1)/24) slope protection and temporary drainage measuresFor preventing the water collected in over-excavation place and the low levelpipe trench,drainage measure shall be adopted in excavation ,and the drainage measure mainly in
46、cludes trench drain and pumping drain. While construction, firstly, excavate the drainage trench of 300×300mm on both sides of pipe trench, and set a water-retaining dam of 200mm in height beside the top of slope so as to prevent the surface water flowing into the pipe trench. Set sump pits at
47、both sides of trench (see Figure 02). Drawing the water accumulated to the collection sump (see Figure 03) from sump pits by underwater pump (see Figure 01), and then pumped the water accumulated in collection sump off Site by water pump of larger power.Figure 02 Lay one layer waterproof fabric on b

The sump pit drawing as follows:Figure 03 4) excavation method Excavation by excavator and repair by manual labor, strictly control the excavation axes, base elevation, width and slope proportion on both side of foundation trench during co
49、nstruction. While base excavation, 20cm thickness shall be reserved to prevent displacement and over-excavation. Then, manually clean out and leveling to keep the strength of groundwork, carry out foundation construction soon, and back filling by original sand in case of over-excavation. 5) material
50、 stacking The backfilling sand from excavation can be stacked near the groove for backfilling. Stack elevation shall be not less than +3mPD, the distance to groove side not less than 2m, and stack height not exceed 1.5m. The CDM cement grappier excavated in front of yard shall be carried away as dis
51、posed material.5.1.4 Foundation CompactionAfter the trench excavation being formed, level the trench manually and compacted it by plate vibrator, then complete the acceptance work in time. 5.1.5 Bedding LayingUse lean concrete for cushion and construction while no rain and water creep in groove, Whi
52、le water being ponded nearby, discharge the water out first and then cast concrete. Drainage work shall be continued and not be interrupted during ramming concrete and before cushion concrete being hardened. Fix channel steel of 10cm in width on the pipeline of both side of cushion, mark the elevati
53、on, which is to be casted, on angle iron at every 5m by level bamboo pile, use the ready-mix concrete for casting, spreading to leveling by manual labor while pavement, use plate vibrator to compactness, the sign of compaction is that the concrete not sink and no bubble, surface smooth and water gai
54、n. Test the elevation and flatness of cushion and entrance to move on to next stage if complying with design requirement and specification. 5.1.6 Collar installationThe collar is structure contains reinforcement ,it is precasted in concrete pipe plant and transported by land, it will be installed by
55、 truck crane assisting with manpower. On installation ,the collar shall be set under the pipe bottom near to the pipe joint according to design drawing . the axis of collar shall be on the specified alignment, in order to reach the specified level of pipe ,the compressible sheeting shall be placed between th
