1、滚轮调整指导1. 调整滚轮前的准备工作:阅读滚轮调整记录数据表(附件一),并检查等待调整滚轮道岔的下述项目:1.1辨别道岔装配的左侧和右侧:如图1、图2所示,从岔尖末端看,左手和右手侧的钢轨分别称为道岔装配的左手侧和 右手侧。图1道岔装配的左手侧图2道岔装配的右手侧1.2道岔装配的情况:检查道岔装配闭合侧,只有在岔轨完全闭合、正确定位的条件下,我们才能开始调整滚 轮。图3正确打开的道岔装配图4正确闭合的道岔装配图3所示为正确打开 的岔轨,外侧滚轮正 确定位在岔轨的中 心。图4所示为正确闭合 的岔轨,内侧滚轮与 闭合的岔轨无接触。1.3记录所有滚轮,根据从岔尖末端起记数轨枕的序列号,在记录表里用

2、“叉子”标记所有 滚轮位置。1.4滚轮调整所需工具:塞尺:0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm转矩扳手:调整到 70N.m17 mm环形开口扳手:适合滚轮架螺母头尺寸锤子:小锤子2. 调整滚轮:2.1初步现场检测:当道岔装配安装到现场,滚路应该已经调整到工厂设置的位置。双滚轮调整到:2mm和3mm ;单滚轮调整到:3mm。滚轮和闭合岔轨之间应有 2mm的空隙。22调整双滚轮:道岔装配在正确闭合位置(调整滚轮)滑床板表面与岔轨间的理想空隙应该是Omm,闭合岔轨与滚轮不接触。调整好滚轮后,内侧滚轮与岔轨间的空隙是 1mm,内侧滚轮的高度是 2mm,外侧滚

3、轮的高度是 3mm。也就 是:1mm空隙 -滚轮位置2mm、3mm。基于这个关系调整滚轮,例如图5调整双滚轮。图5中,位置1234的读数分别为:0mm- 1mm - 2mm - 3mm图5调整好的双滚轮道岔装配在正确打开位置(检查滚轮高度)当岔轨在打开位置并位于滚轮上方时,滑床板表面与岔轨间的理想空隙应该是2mm。实际应用中,在闭合位置滑床板表面和岔轨间的空隙可能大于0mm,我们只要把空隙大小加到后面3个调整数值里即可。i)用塞尺检查滑床板表面和闭合岔轨的空隙,确定滚轮高度。例如:在大多数情况下空隙 应该为0mm,但是假定实际这里为 A。相应的内侧滚轮与闭合岔轨的空隙为1mm+A。因此滚轮调整

4、高度为:内侧滚轮 2+Amm ;外侧滚轮3+Amm。ii)松动滚轮架的两个螺母,移出滚轮架,插入1+Amm塞尺控制内侧滚轮和岔轨空隙。调整内侧滚轮到2+Amm,外侧滚轮到 3+Amm。用锤子敲回滚轮架使塞尺夹在内侧滚轮和岔 轨间。控制给塞尺适当的夹持力如图6。图6图7iii)使用转矩扳手紧固滚轮架的两个螺栓,听到扳手2声到达转矩力的提示声后,取出塞尺完成。如图7所示。2.3调整单滚轮:单滚轮的调整与双滚轮的调整遵循相似的原则。岔轨正确闭合位置,滑床板表面与岔轨间的理想空隙应该是Omm,闭合岔轨与滚轮不接触。调整好滚轮后,滚轮与岔轨间的空隙是1mm,滚轮的高度是3mm。图8中,位置123的读数分

5、别为:0mm- 1mm - 3mm图8调整好的单滚轮3. 最终检杳:在道岔装配的右手和左手侧滚轮调整好后,需要对打开得岔轨进行最终检测。3.1闭合状态道岔装配:保证闭合岔轨与相邻的滚轮间有至少标准1mm空隙。实际滑床板表面与岔轨间的空隙可能不为零,所以闭合岔轨与相邻的滚轮间隙有时候大于标准的1mm。3.2打开状态道岔装配:打开状态下的岔轨与滑床板滑动表面间的空隙,从岔轨尖端到靠近辙跟得滚轮的空隙大小从1.5mm2.5mm 。Sheet No.单号:Schwihag GmbH附件一SCHWIHAG ROLLER SETTING / DATA SHEET施维格滚轮调整表CUSIOMER客户:SWI

16、zontally (To set the rollers the switch blade must be in the closed position).Adjustment of the rollers is to be executed by turning the rollers with the ring or open spanner (SW 17). Usually the height of the first roller is 2-2.5 mm above the slide surface and the second roller 3-4 mm. Consider th

17、e marking on the bracing frames. The bracing frames should be moved until the clearance between the inner roller and the rail foot of the closed switch rail is 1 mm.Controlthe clearanceRc-匚hcck the clearance between the 1st roller ond the rail foot as well as the height of the 1st roller (2-2.5 mm)

18、and the 2nd roller (3-4 mm) again after tightening the bolts. Tighten two bolts to 70 Nm by means of the torque wrench.Move the switch rail the roLLers resulting platform. If the switch rail

20、is hogged vertically and not sitting on the sliding surface in the closed position then the gap between the raised roller and the switch rail should be 1 mm greater than the clearance (gap) between the switch rail and the sLideplate surface. This ensures that the weight of thein a similar manner to
