7、Walkie-talkie编号 4014 ETS 保护、联锁试验方案 5 5 / 15154试验必须具备的条件试验必须具备的条件4Necessary Preconditions for the TestETS 装置接收来自 TSI 系统及汽轮发电机组其它系统来的停机信号,进行逻辑处理,输出汽轮机跳闸信号。When ETS device receives shutdown signal from TSI system and other systems of the steam turbine-generator unit, it will do logical treatment and se

8、nd out steam turbine trip signals. 4.1 做 ETS 保护、联锁试验应在汽轮机启动前进行4.1 ETS protection and interlock test shall be performed before starting up the steam turbine.4.2 润滑油系统,控制油系统正常运行4.2 The lube oil system and control oil system is under norm operation.4.3 检查抽气系统电动门、逆止阀和疏水阀门应能开启,并关闭前后手动阀门4.3 Check to make

9、sure the motor valve of air extraction system, one way valve and water drainage valve can start. Close the front and back manual valve.4.4 检查各仪器仪表和控制系统的电源投入正常,仪表用空气系统投入正常4.4 Check to make sure the power source of each instrument, contrl system, and the air system used for instrument are under normal

10、 operation. 4.5 汽机 SCS 系统的调试已完成4.5 The SCS system commissioning of steam turbine are completed.4.6 汽机 TSI,DAS 等的静态调试已完成已完成4.6 The static commissioning of steam turbine TSI and DAS are completed.4.7 检查循环水、闭式水系统投入正常4.7 Check to make sure the circulating water, closed water system are in normal situati

11、on.4.8 汽机所有相关设备,系统能投入正常4.8 All related equipment of steam turbine and system are in normal operation.编号 4014 ETS 保护、联锁试验方案 6 6 / 15155试验步骤试验步骤5Test Procedure5.1 ETS 保护功能试验5.1 ETS Protection Test.5.1.1从现场仪表、TSI 柜,工程师站开始,一一模拟 ETS 的保护信号,并检查 ETS 保护系统的准确性5.1.1Simulate ETS protection signals of site instr

12、uments, TSI cabinet and engineer station one by one. Check the accuracy of ETS protection system.5.1.2当一个 ETS 发生跳闸,检查 ETS 柜处输出继电器是否工作并向相关设备发出 ETS 信号5.1.2When one ETS trips, check if the output relay at ETS panel works and send ETS signal to the related equipment.5.1.3选择 ETS 保护信号中的一个信号来测试调节安全系统的工作状态5

13、.1.3Select one of the ETS protection signals to test and adjust the working conditions of safety system.5.1.4实验内容见附录5.1.4Refer to the attachment for test contents.5.2ETS 联锁功能试验5.2ETS interlock test5.2.1启动润滑油和调速油系统5.2.1Start up lube oil and speed regulating oil system.5.2.2启动机组仪用压缩空气系统及其他相关系统5.2.2Sta

14、rt up the compressed air system used for instrument of unit and other related systems.5.2.3汽机挂闸,检查安全油压接通;5.2.3Check if the emergency oil pressure is connected when latching on steam turbine. 5.2.4逐一试验超速停机(三取二) ;真空度过低停机(三取二) ;润滑油压过低停机(三取二) ;转子轴向位移超过极限停机;发电机故障停机;DEH 失电停机;轴振大停机;锅炉 MFT 停机等 ETS 跳机信号,检查汽机

15、应跳闸,安全油压应迅速卸掉。试验完毕,复置保护。5.2.4Test the following ETS trip signals one by one: shut down due to overspeed (two out of three), lower vacuum (two out of three), lower lube oil pressure (two out of three); the axial displacement of rotor exceeds the limitation; generator failure, power loss of DEH, axial

After the test is finished, reset protection. 5.2.5挂闸,分别开启汽机自动主汽阀,调节阀,及抽汽逆止阀、电动阀。5.2.5Latch on and start up the automatic main steam valve, regulating valve extraction non-re

17、turn valve and motor valve of steam turbine separately.5.2.6逐一试验上述 ETS 跳机信号,检查汽机自动主汽阀,调节阀,及抽汽逆止阀、电动阀应迅速关闭。5.2.6Test the above ETS trip signals one by one and check to close the automatic main steam valve, regulating valve extraction non-return valve and motor valve.5.2.7试验完毕,恢复系统。5.2.7Recover the sy

18、stem after finishing the test.编号 4014 ETS 保护、联锁试验方案 8 8 / 15156 安全注意事项安全注意事项6 Safety Considerations6.1 此试验在汽轮机启动前必须进行。6.1 The test must be performed before the steam turbine is started up.6.2 试验时汽轮机和相关辅助系统(如凝气系统和给水系统)应停止运行6.2 Steam turbine and related auxiliary system (for example, condensate system

19、 and feedwater system) shall be shut down when performing the test.6.3 润滑油,调速油泵应正常运行,确保汽轮机能挂闸。6.3 The lube oil pump and speed regulating oil pump shall work normally to make sure the steam turbine can be latched on.6.4 检查抽气系统电动门、逆止阀、疏水阀门正常运行,关闭前后手动阀门。6.4 Check to make sure the motor operated valve o

20、f extraction system, one-way valve, and water drainage valve to operate normally. Close the front and back manual valves.6.5 在试验之前,必须检查仪器仪表和控制系统的电源以及仪用空气系统,保证每一项操作装置能够正常进行6.5 Check the power source of instrument and meter and the instrument air system to make sure every operation equipment can work
