32、电系统中主要电气设备和供液设备,(高压开关、移动变电站、各类低压开关、乳化液泵站和泵箱、喷雾泵站和泵箱等)设备。由硐室引出两根myp-1140 3120+1*25型矿用屏蔽橡套电缆深入工作面运输顺槽,作为工作面1140v用电设备电源。在距工作面45米处设置采煤机、运输机、转载机、破碎机的1140v控制开关的小型变电列车。另外由硐室引出一根my-1000 3*70+1*16型低压橡套电缆深入工作面运输顺槽,作为工作面660v设备电源。上述各台移动变电站距工作面700m。形成远方供电、供液方式(既泵站、变电站等大型供电设备设置在工作面运输顺槽外)。铁岭市韫达煤矿首采综采工作面最优供电设计方案选择与

39、证供电系统的安全性就是必须保证系统发生电气故障时能够可靠切断故障线路或电气设备,保证供电系统电气最远点发生两相短路时继电保护装置可靠动作,灵敏度满足要求。该设计方案初选了系统中相对的六个电气最远点进行了短路电流计算,其中电气最远点的回风顺槽后三角点的jd-25kw绞车电机接线盒处两相短路,最小两相短路电流为495a,该绞车的控制开关整定为40a,上一级开关整定为200a,该短路点的保护开关的一级灵敏度为12.37,二级灵敏度为2.475(规定一级灵敏度不小于1.5,二级灵敏度不得小于1.2),其他各短路点的的灵敏度均大于上述两数值,所以该方案满足系统保护灵敏度的要求。铁岭市韫达煤矿首采综采工作
