2、ction置物架由层板(WIRE SHELF)、立柱(POST)、塑胶卡套(CONDUCTIVE COUPLERS、立柱盖 (CORNER CAP及其它可选择配件组成，产品各主要部件的名称、规格、功能及其它可选择配 件的详细情况如下：Compositi on: wire shelf, post, con ductive couplers, cor ner cap and some opti onal accessories.Introduction: name, specification, feature and other accessories.3.1网格层板Wire shelf3.1.

17、the caster and the horizontal plane is less than 2mm.5外观要求Appearance5.1 夕卜观颜色和客户要求一致:The colour must meet the customrequest.5.1.1 喷粉 Power coating表面的喷粉厚度要均匀一致。产品表面不能有明显地划痕、漏底、色差等缺陷；不能有明显的污渍、指纹等缺陷。The thick ness of power coati ng must be uni form. 18、 hole, chromatic aberration and so on; dorinave obvious defects such as stains, fingerprints and so on.5.1.2 镀铬 Chrome plated表面无异色、起皮、脱落等缺陷。Surface: without such defects as crack, peeling, colour deviation, and lifting, etc.5.2 锥套焊接在网格上后，有 LOGO的一面呈 45o向外。After welding the shelf collar to wire shelf,

20、ive testi ng by torque wre nch旋转扭力扳手，使其刻度显示需要的数值，然后进行测量。当焊接的两个线材直径不同时， 采用压粗线，撬细线的方式。测量过程中，听到“啪”的声响后，表示焊接强度已经满足要 求。迅速撤去外力，避免造成永久性的损伤和变形。Rotat ing torque wre nch, make it show the n umber accord ing to n eed, the n beg in to teWVhe n the diameter oftwo weldi ng wires is differe nt, press the thicker,

Quickly removed the external force, avoid to cause permanent damage and deformation.7.3.2 破坏性测试 Do destructive test ing在外力作用下，把焊接在一起的两根线材分开，焊接点有焊接溶合物，说明焊接强度合格； 相反，如果没有焊接溶合物，说明焊接强度不够，为不合格。Under the action of extern

23、e破坏前 before destructive733线材与线材采取对焊，测试方法采取以对焊点为基准，进行30度折弯，对焊点不能在小于30度折弯的情况下脱焊，如下图示意:If weld two wires together by Butt weld, we can test weld strength as follows: taken on the basis of welding point and bend for 30 degrees, the welding point cadesoldering before the bending angle is not less than 30 degree,as follows:焊接点一 丫Weldi ng point折弯前 Before bending1IkJ7折弯后After bending7.4 承重测试 Load capacity test在单层网格放置额定的荷载。24小时后，网格变形量不大于5mm或者变形量大于5mm但是卸掉荷载后，变形量不大于5mm,均视
