1、点火技术介绍点火技术介绍XCC主要设备主要设备n天然气点火系统主要设备技术参数天然气点火系统主要设备技术参数n系统组成:n本系统由就地点火控制柜、气动推进装置、阀门检漏压力开关、火焰检测装置和炉前阀门仪表等组成。本工程管路系统设计严格按照三阀组配置,即:两台速断阀及一台放散阀的标准配置。管路系统中设有阀门检漏压力开关,检漏逻辑由DCS系统实现。 XCC点火枪气动推进器n 气动推进执行机构的结构特征,推进器是自动点火的主要执行机构之一。行程暂定300mm,其任务是在锅炉点火时,将点火枪送入燃烧器,完成点火后退出。n气动推进器上装有气缸,其活塞杆带动点火枪运动。由防爆电磁换向阀控制气缸的进、退。点

2、火枪进退到位后,均有行程开关发出信号反馈到控制系统。气动推进器与炉壁采用法兰连接。n气缸的推力为1000N4000N,视不同规格而异。行程300mm。气缸的工作气压为0.40.6MPa,动态耗气量为0.002NM3/次台,气缸推进速度为50200mm/s可调。气动推进器的工作温度为-3080。n点火枪进、退到位的位置反馈信号由撞杆与行程开关配合完成,此技术为我院首创。撞杆与进口行程开关安装在密封盒内,防水防尘,防护等级为IP65,有极长的使用寿命、高可靠性和准确度。撞杆、气缸、连接板、行程开关的相对位置在出厂时已调整到最佳,减少了现场的工作量。点火枪两端各配一组行程开关,每组开关可提供两组常开

3、/常闭无源触点信号,触点容量为220VAC2A。n电磁换向阀装于推进器侧面的换向阀箱内,通过铜管与气缸相连。换向阀箱也密封,工作电源为220V AC。XCC气动关断阀n阀门采用气动球阀结构,由气动执行机构驱动作90转动,从而实现阀门的开闭,在阀门开、关位均有限位开关将阀位信号送至控制系统以反馈阀门的开关状态,该阀门的特点是关闭速度快、密封可靠、反馈信号准确。n气动球阀的技术参数如下:工作电压 220VAC 1P 50Hz公称通径 DN125、80耐压 1.6Mpa关闭时间 3工作介质: 天然气介质温度 150XCC1. 小油枪点火技术Small Oil Gun Ignition 主要技术特点T

4、ech. Features:将小油枪(出力:300500Kg/h)插入煤粉燃烧器喷口处,点火时依靠小油枪从煤粉燃烧器中心点燃煤粉,同时需要大油枪从临近的位置助燃。Insert the small oil gun (capacity:300-500Kg/h) at sprayer of PC burner. The small oil gun may ignite pc at the center of pc burner and shall get the assistant of big oil gun nearby for combustion aid. 优点:提前投粉燃烧,节约燃油203

5、0%,投资较小。 Advantages: supplies and burns coal powder in advance, the oil-saving rate is up to 20-30%, and the investment is lower. 缺点:技术落后,适用煤种范围窄,节油效果差;油煤混烧,无法投用电除尘。Disadvantages: Backward technology, Small range of coal application scope, low saving efficiency, burns oil and coal mixture, not avail

6、able for electric dust catcher. XCC2. 微油气化点火技术Minor Oil Gasified Ignition Tech. 主要技术特点Features:初期利用压缩空气雾化燃油,点燃以后由于输油管被加热,燃油被部分气化,燃烧得到强化。此高温油火焰用于点燃一级燃烧筒内浓缩的煤粉气流,进而逐级点燃二级、三级风粉混合物。从而达到冷炉直接投粉启动锅炉的目的。At the beginning, oil is atomized by compressed air, and ignited. Since the oil pipeline is heated, part

7、of oil is gasified. Consequently the combustion is intensified. The oil flame with high temperature is applied to ignite the PC air stream in first grade combustion cylinder, then ignite the secondary and tertiary mixture so as to start-up boiler under cold status. 优点:燃油量较小(出力3080Kg/h),可以点燃烟煤;初期可以投用

8、电除尘;投资较少。缺点:微油燃烧器点火能量小(350900KW)只能点燃优质煤种;初期燃尽度差;由于需对油管进行加热,油燃烧器内部容易结焦。Advantages: Low oil consumption (30-80Kg/h capacity), is available for soft coal, and could apply electric dust catcher at initial stage with low investment.Disadvantages: since micro oil burner has low ignition capacity, 350-900K

9、W, it could only burn high grad coal. The burn-out rate is quite low at initial stage, and the oil burner is easy to be coked. XCC3. 等离子点火技术Plasma Ignition Tech. 主要技术特点Features:利用高温等离子体作为煤粉燃烧器的点火源,首先点燃一级燃烧筒内浓缩的煤粉气流,进而逐级点燃二级、三级风粉混合物。从而达到冷炉直接投粉启动锅炉的目的。优点:燃油消耗较少,可以点燃烟煤,由临近机组提供热风的情况下可以实现无油点火;初期可以投用电除尘。I

12、ech.l强化油的燃烧Intensified Oil Burningl强化煤的燃烧Intensified Coal BurningXCC4.2 双强少油点火技术的原理Working Principles 油燃烧器插入煤粉燃烧器的中心,距喷口有一定的距离,点火时经过强化燃烧的高温油火焰将通过煤粉燃烧器的一次风粉瞬间加热到煤粉的着火温度,一次风粉混合物受到高温油火焰的冲击,挥发分迅速析出同时开始燃烧,挥发分的燃烧放出大量的热,补充了此间消耗的热量,并持续对一次风粉进行加热,将其加热至高于该煤种的着火温度,从而使煤粉中的碳颗粒开始燃烧,形成高温火炬。该油燃烧器是由航空发动机的高压强制配风油燃烧器发展

13、而来的低压强制配风油燃烧器,通过分级强制配风使其发出高温火焰,火焰表面温度测定为1520,中心温度不低于1800,油燃尽率99%以上。Oil burner is inserted into the center of PC burner, keeping certain distance from the sprayer. The intensified high temperature flame heats the primary air powder to firing temperature, then volatile matter is separated out and burn

14、ed which releases large amount of heat that heat up primary air powder continuously till it reaches coal ignition temperature and then forms coal flare. This low pressure reinforced air distribution oil burner is originated from the high pressure reinforced air distribution oil burner of aero-engine

15、 that generates flame with 1520 at surface and 1800 at center. Its burn-out rate is over 99%. 油燃烧器出力范围在20/h400/h之间,可以点燃的煤种包括褐煤、烟煤、劣质烟煤、贫煤、无烟煤、混煤等;燃烧方式包括直流燃烧器切向燃烧、旋流燃烧器墙式燃烧以及“W”型燃烧锅炉;制粉系统类型包括采用中速磨、风扇磨和双进双出钢球磨的直吹式制粉系统,以及采用单进单出钢球磨的中储式制粉系统。The oil burner capacity is 20/h400/h and is available for soft c

16、oal, bitumite, poor soft coal, meager coal, anthracite, and mixed coal. It is capable for tangential firing, swirl burner wall firing, and W boiler. 22、 burner 油系统及吹扫系统 油配风系统Oil system and purge system Air Distribution SystemXCC任何一种节油点火技术,采用的都是以煤代油的方式节省燃油,节油点火技术的应用,首先要解决的是在冷炉状态下制备满足要求的煤粉。对于有邻炉借粉条件的中储式制粉系统可以采用邻炉借粉的方式获取煤粉,对于没有邻炉借粉条件的中储式制粉系统和直吹式制粉系统,只有采用本炉制粉的方案,而获取启磨热风是其必要前提条件。Pulverized coal supplying is a key step for saving oil at cold status. 24、 hot air :l采用风道燃烧器加热一次风 Heat primary air by air duct burnerl采用蒸汽加热器加热一次风Heat primary air by steam heater4.6 冷炉热风制备系统Cold Boiler Hot Air System XCC4.6.1 风道燃烧器Air Duct Burner在空预器出口热一次风母管上安装一套风道燃烧器,利用风道燃烧器加热一次风,使一次风温度达到启磨要求的温度,进行启磨制粉,在冷炉状态下利用双强油燃烧器将煤粉在双强煤粉燃烧器内点燃,然后送入炉膛,利用粉火启炉。Install a set of air duct

28、状态,并能直观显示炉膛各部分的温度场及辐射能量,及时进行燃烧调整,提高燃烧效率。lOperator could check combustion status of each burner and boiler from the CRT at central control room with temperature, radiation degrees display, so as to regulate combustion. l采用计算机图像处理技术,可向运行人员提供丰富生动的火焰燃烧信息。运行人员可以有选择地观察单个燃烧器的火焰图像,或同一层各个角的火焰图像。lThe computer
