5、强商务学院毕业论文(设计) 摘 要查尔斯狄更斯是19世纪批判现实主义小说家,是英国批判现实主义作家中的杰出代表。雾都孤儿中虽然奥利弗是主角,但刻画得最具特色的人物却是南希,一个四岁后就被迫成为小偷的女性,她的角色有较强的现实意义。作者通过用大量的语言、对话来塑造这一人物的矛盾性格,真实地表现了资本主义社会穷苦儿童的悲惨生活。本文首先从作者的理想化的现实主义入手,着重从南希的一系列行为分析她的双重性格,以及形成这个性格的原因。通过对南希的双重性格的分析来呼唤人类的善良本性及憧憬美好的未来,南希的死亡不仅是对黑暗资本主义社会的批判,对现代社会的发展和建设也有巨大的现实意义。关键词:雾都孤儿;南希;
