2、O PRESENT THE MINIMUM TEST REQUIREMENTS FOR CAST STEEL VALVES. 此规范的目的在于介绍铸钢阀门的最小压力测试要求。2.0 SCOPE 范围 :THIS SPECIFICATION IS APPLICABLE TO THE FOLLOWING VALVES: 此规范使用于下列阀门:2.1 WEDGE GATE 楔式闸阀 1.1.1.- BOLTED BONNET 栓接阀盖 1.1.2.- PRESSURE SEAL 压力自密封2.2 GLOBE 截止阀 1.2.1.- BOLTED BONNET栓接阀盖 1.2.2.- PRESSURE

3、 SEAL压力自密封 2.3 CHECK 止回阀 1.3.1.- SWING 旋起式 1.3.2.- TILTING DISC 斜盘式 3.0 REFERENCE SPECIFICATIONS参考规范:(B)CONTAINS THE PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE OUTLINES, SO THAT THE VALVES APPROVED UNDER THIS SPECIFICATION COVER THE REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED FOR THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS:由于以下规范包含了产品的接收大纲,因此阀门的认可必须在此规范的指引下进行,并满足

5、 REQUIREMENTS一般要求:0.(D) 4.1 ALL BONNET BUSHINGS AND BODY SEAT RINGS SHOULD BE EXAMINED BY LIQUID PENETRANTS BEFORE BEING ASSEMBLED (OR PNEUMATICALLY TESTED ON BODY SEAT RINGS). 所有上密封衬套和阀体阀座圈在装配前都必须做液体渗透测试(着色)。4.2 THE VALVES SHOULD HAVE A PRESSURE-FREE OPERATION TEST IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY O

6、PERATE ADEQUATELY, FROM COMPLETELY OPEN TO COMPLETELY CLOSED AND VICE VERSA. 阀门必须进行一个压力释放操作测试以确保所有阀门从完全开启到完全关闭状态时能充分的运作,反之亦然。(C) 4.3 THE FORCE THAT SHOULD BE APPLIED IN ORDER TO COMPLETELY OPEN OR CLOSE THE VALVE HAS TO BE OF A PERSON UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS. 确保一个人能在正常情况下完全开启和完全关闭阀门。4.4 THE PRESSURE

7、 PIPE, TESTING BENCHES, TESTERS, CONNECTIONS AND TESTING EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO THEIR PURPOSE. THE PRESSURE GAUGES SHOUD HAVE THE RANGE INDICATED IN TABLE 10. 压力管道,测试椅,实验装置,链接盘和检测设备等都必须符合规定。压力表需在表10所述范围之内。 4.5 ALL VALVES SHOULD BE TESTED AND EVERY VALVE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE TESTS I

8、NDICATED BY THIS SPECIFICATION UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE PRODUCT ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OR SPECIFIC CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS. 所有阀门都必须经过测试且所有阀门都必须根据此规范提交测试,除非有相关的产品工程部门的说明或客户明确的要求方可免除测试。4.6 THE VALVES BEING INSPECTED MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE TESTS INDICATED BY THIS SPECIFICATION, RESPECTING THE

9、ORDER INDICATED. 所有阀门需依照规范要求或订单要求提交检验。4.7 UPON CARRYING OUT PRESSURE TESTS ON THE VALVES COVERED UNDER THIS SPECIFICATION THEY SHOULD NOT BE PAINTED. IF FOR SOME REASON IT IS REQUIRED TO TEST VALVES FOUND IN THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAREHOUSE, THEY CAN BE INSPECTED AGAIN WITHOUT REMOVING THE PAINT. 执行压力

10、测试的阀门必须是未油漆的,若由于某种原因需要对成品进行检测的,可在未除掉油漆的情况下进行。4.8 THE TIMES INDICATED WITHIN THIS SPECIFICATION FOR THE DIFFERENT TESTS SHOULD BE INSPECTED FROM THE TIME THE VALVE IS PRESSURIZED TO THE CORRESPONDING PRESSURE RANGE AND IS FOUND TO BE STABLE . 规范中规定的每一次不同的试压方式都要进行阀门检验,且遵照相应的表格内容和 试压范围。 4.9 WATER TEST

11、REQUIREMENTS 水压测试要求4.9.1 THE TEST WATER SHOULD CONTAIN AN INAX (PROVIDER: TURCO AND DESCALSY) RUST INHIBITOR OR EQUIVALENT. THE TEST WATER SHOULD HAVE A PROPORTION OF 7 TO 8 GRAMS OF RUST INHIBITOR PER LITER OF WATER. THE RUST VISCOSITY OF THE WATER INHIBITOR COMBINATION SHOULD NOT BE GREATER THAN T

12、HE WATER VISCOSITY. THE WATER INHIBITOR-RUST PROPORTION SHOULD BE INSPECTED EACH WEEK. 用于水压测试的水需含有防锈剂,每公升水需含有7-8克的防锈剂。水中铁锈的浓度不得大于水中防锈剂的浓度,水中的防锈剂铁锈比例需每周检测一次。4.9.2 CONTROL THE HALOGEN CONTENT TO THE FOLLOWING AMOUNT: 控制以下元素的总含量: CHLORINE 30.00 P.P.M. MAXIMUM 氯: 最大30.00 PPM FLUORINE 00.75 P.P.M. MAXIMU

13、M 氟:最大 00.75 PPM4.9.3 THE TESTS SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE MAKING SURE THAT THE TEST FLUID TEMPERATURE DOES NOT EXCEED 52 C (125F). 测试必须在室温下进行以确保试压液体温度不超过52 C (125F).4.9.4 CLEANING: THE TEST WATER SHOULD BE FREE FROM WASTE OR EXTRANEOUS AGENTS THAT COULD DAMAGE THE VALVE SEALANT AREAS

14、. 清洁:试压液体不应含有废弃物或其它外来物质,以防止其破坏阀门密封面。 4.10 THE AIR TRAPPED INSIDE THE VALVE SHOULD BE LET OUT BEFORE INCREASING THE HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE. THE VALVE ENDS SHOULD BE WELL-SEALED SO THAT LEAKS IN THE TEST ASSEMBLY DO NOT HIDE LEAKS IN THE VALVE WALL, BODY-BONNET JOINT (COVER), STEM PACKINGS OR SEATS. 阀门内

15、部的气阀应在增加液压之前打开,试压时阀门两端必须很好的密封,这样可避免掩盖阀门壳体,中道,阀杆填料或阀座的泄漏。 4.11 THE VALVES SEATS SHOULD BE CLEAN AND FREE FROM ANY AGENT (GREASE, OIL) THAT COULD ACT AS A SEALANT. IN ORDER TO PREVENT DAMAGE OR SCRATCHES ON THE SEATS, A THIN FILM OF LUBRICANT NO HEAVIER THAN TRANSPARENT KEROSENE OR PETROLEUM FILTERED

16、WITH A 4 OR 4.5 MICRON MESH MAY BE APPLIED. 阀门阀座必须清洁无油。为防止阀座被破坏或刮伤,可涂上一层比透明柴油更轻的很薄的油脂膜,或者使用A4或4.5目的石油过滤网。4.11.1 KEROSENE APPLICATION DAMPEN A CLEAN FLANNEL CLOTH AND WIPE IT OVER THE DISC AND RING SEATS, BLASTING, DRIPPING OR DIRECT APPLICATION WITH THE HAND ARE NOT PERMITTED.适用柴油 将清洁的法兰绒织物浸湿并擦拭阀瓣和阀

17、座圈,不允许喷洒、滴入或直接用手来擦拭。 4.12 VALVE POSITION DURING TESTING 阀门在试压时的位置(C) 4.12.1 TEST IN HORIZONTAL POSITION FOR PNEUMATIC TESTING AND VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL POSITION FOR HYDROSTATIC TESTING IN GATE VALVES. 闸阀的气压测试时阀门应为水平位置,水压测试时阀门位置应为水平或垂直。 (C) 4.12.2 TEST IN HORIZONTAL POSITION FOR PNEUMATIC TESTING AN

18、D VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL POSITION FOR HYDROSTATIC TESTING IN GLOBE VALVES. 截止阀的气压测试时阀门应为水平位置,水压测试时阀门位置应为水平或垂直。4.12.3 TEST IN HORIZONTAL POSITION FOR CHECK VALVES. 止回阀的测试应该为水平位置。 4.13 WHEN USING SIE TESTERS FOR HYDROSTATIC AND PNEUMATIC TESTS, USE TABLE No 9 IN ORDER TO SELECT THE LEVER POSITION (CLA

19、MPING FORCE) ACCORDING TO THE VALVE MEASUREMENT AND PRESSURE. 当使用SIE 实验装置进行水压和气压测试时,可依据阀门的尺寸和压力对照表9来选择夹紧支架的位置(夹紧力)。THE CLAMPING SUPPORT ZONE OF THE VALVE IS AS FOLLOWS:阀门的夹紧区域如下:4.13.1 BODY TEST ACCORDING TO FIGURE A 阀体测试 根据备注”A”。(E)4.13.2 SEAT TEST ACCORDING TO FIGURE B MAKING SURE THAT THE FORCE E

20、XERCISED ON THE TEST COVERS IS NOT GREATER THAN THE VALUES INDICATED IN TABLE 9. 阀座测试 根据备注”B”。确保在试压时的力不超过表9所述。4.14 ANY REMAINING LIQUID SHOULD BE DRIED OFF THE OUTSIDE OF THE VALVES BEFORE INSPECTING THEM. 在检验之前任何阀门外表的残留液体均需清除擦干。 4.15 IF THE VALVE DISC OR RINGS WERE SANDPAPERED FOR ANY REASON IT WIL

21、L HAVE TO BE TESTED BY OPENING AND CLOSING IT AGAIN. 若由于某种有原因阀瓣和阀座圈被砂纸沙过的话,还需重新做开启和关闭测试。 4.16 IF A VALVE DOES NOT PASS THE TESTS REQUESTED IN THIS DOCUMENT, THE TESTS SHOULD BE REINITIATED WHEN THE VALVE IS REPAIRED, CARRYING THEM OUT UNDER THIS SPECIFICATION ONLY. 如果阀门未能通过此文件要求的测试,阀门在修补后需要重新试压,并严格按

22、次规范进行操作。 4.17 IF FOR ANY REASON STUDS HAVE TO BE LOOSENED ON A VALVE THAT HAS BEEN TESTED AND ACCEPTED, THE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA IS AS FOLLOWS: 若由于某些原因阀门螺栓被松开做试压且被接受,接受标准按如下:A) FOR VALVES THAT HAVE UP TO 14 STUDS: 对于14个螺栓以下的阀门 - IF 1 STUD IS LOOSE THE VALVE DOES NOT NEED TO BE RE-TESTED. 如果只有1个螺栓动则无需

23、重新试压。 - IF 2 STUDS THAT ARE TOGETHER OR ALTERNATING ARE LOOSE, THE VALVE MUST BE RE-TESTED (BODY-BONNET BUSHING TEST) 如果有2个螺栓同时松开或交替松动,阀门必须重新试压(上密封座测试)B) FOR VALVES THAT HAVE 16 OR MORE STUDS: 对于16个螺栓或以上的阀门: - IF 2 STUDS THAT ARE TOGETHER OR 3 ALTERNATING ARE LOOSE THE VALVE DOES NOT NEED TO BE RE-T

24、ESTED.如果2个螺栓同时松动或3个螺栓交替松动,无需重新试压。- IF 3 STUDS THAT ARE TOGETHER OR 4 OR MORE ALTERNATING ARE LOOSE THE VALVE MUST BE RE-TESTED (BODY-BONNET BUSHING TEST).如果3个螺栓同时松动或者4个或多余4个螺栓交替松动的话则必须重新做测试(上密封座的测试) 5.0 GATE VALVE TESTING PROCEDURE : 闸阀试压程序(D) 5.1 BODY AND BONNET BUSHING TEST 上密封测试THIS TEST INCLUDES

25、 THE BODY AND BONNET SURFACES, FLANGED JOINT (BODY-BONNET) AND STEM BONNET BUSHING BACK SEAT INSPECTIONS.THIS TEST SHOULD BE DONE BY APPLYING PRESSURE ON THE INSIDE PART OF THE VALVE WITH ITS ENDS COMPLETELY CLOSED AND THE VALVE COMPLETELY OPEN, CARRYING OUT A DOUBLE SEAL BETWEEN THE STEM AND THE BO

26、NNET BUSHING, WITH THE GLAND LOOSE. 此测试包括阀体和阀盖的表面,中道法兰和上密封座的检测。此测试应在规定压力下对阀门內件进行打压,使阀门两端完全密封同时进行阀门全开和全关操作,松开填料压套进行上密封试压。- FASTENING: ACCORDING TO FIGURE A 扣紧力参照备注”A”。FLUID: THE TEST FLUID IS WATER WITH THE CHARACTERISTICS INDICATED IN PARAGRAPH 4.9 OF THIS SPECIFICATION. 液体: 试压液体的水质需满足4.9段所述的特性。PRES

27、SURE: THE TEST PRESSURE SHOULD BE ACCORDING TO WHAT IS INDICATED IN TABLE No.1 FOR BOLTED BONNET VALVES, OR TABLE No. 1a FOR PRESSURE SEAL VALVES. THE TEST PRESSURE WILL BE SELECTED ACCORDING TO THE BODY AND BONNET CLASS AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL.压力: 测试压力需参照表格1中栓接阀盖阀门的压力要求,或参照表格1a中压力自密封阀门的要求。测试压力的选择

28、取决于阀体阀盖的压力等级和材质结构。TIME: THE TEST TIME SHOULD BE ACCORDING TO WHAT IS INDICATED IN TABLE No 3, DEPENDING ON THE VALVE CLASS AND NOMINAL MEASUREMENT. 时间: 试压时间需参照表3并取决于阀门的压力等级和尺寸。 LEAKAGE RANGE: VISUALLY DETECTED LEAKS ON THE BODY AND BONNET SURFACES OR ON ITS JOINT ARE UNACCEPTABLE AND CAUSE FOR REJEC

29、TION.泄漏范围: 阀体和阀盖表面可视的破坏性泄漏和连接处的泄漏将不被接受。5.2 PACKING TEST 填料测试AFTER CARRYING OUT THE BODY AND BONNET BUSHING TEST, THE VALVE WILL BE CLOSED TO AN INTERMEDIATE POSITION AND THE GLAND BUSHING WILL BE ADJUSTED IN ORDER TO COUNTERACT THE PRESSURE INDICATED IN TABLE 2 OR TABLE 2a UNTIL ANY LEAK IN THE PACK

30、ING BOX IS ELIMINATED.执行完上密封测试后,使阀门处于半关闭状态,调整填料压套以抵住表格2或者2a所述的压力直到泄漏消除。 5.3 SEAT TEST 阀座密封测试AFTER CARRYING OUT THE STEM PACKING TEST, ALL VALVES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO A HYDROSTATIC AND/OR PNEUMATIC TEST AS INDICATED IN TABLE No. 8. THE DISC-RING SEAT AND BODY SEAT RING ARE INCLUDED IN THIS TEST.在阀杆

31、填料密封测试结束后,所有阀门都应根据表8要求做液压测试和/或气压测试。阀瓣密封圈和阀体阀座圈都包含于此测试。 (C) APPLYING A FORCE GREATER THAN THE REQUIRED TORQUE IN ORDER TO HELP SEAL THE VALVE IS NOT ALLOWED. IN CASE IT IS REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT TWO TYPES OF TESTS, THE PNEUMATIC TEST SHOULD BE DONE FIRST, FOLLOWED BY THE HYDROSTATIC TEST.THE VALVE FAS

32、TENING SHOULD BE AS INDICATED IN FIGURE “B”. 使用大于额定扭矩的力来使阀门达到密封的做法将不被接受。如果两种类型的测试都被要求的话则应先做气压测试,接着做液压测试。阀门的抓紧力参照备注”B”。5.3.1 HYDROSTATIC SEAT TEST 阀座的液压测试APPLYING EXTERNAL LOADS ON THE VALVE ENDS THAT HELP TO OBTAIN THE SEAT SEAL IS NOT ALLOWED. THIS TEST SHOULD BE SUCCESSIVELY APPLIED TO EACH SIDE O

33、F THE GATE (WITH THE VALVE COMPLETELY CLOSED AND APPLYING A TORQUE IN ACCORDANCE WITH WHAT IS INDICATED IN TABLE No 7), WITH THE OPPOSITE END TO THE PRESSURE APPLICATION OPEN FOR ITS VISUAL INSPECTION. THIS TEST SHOULD BE CONDUCTED WITH THE END WHERE THE PRESSURE FULL OF WATER IS APPLIED AND PRESSUR

34、IZED AS SHOWN IN TABLES 2 OR 2a. 在阀门两端施加外界压力来使阀门达到密封的做法将不被接受。此测试应接连的在阀门两端进行打压(阀门此时应处于完全关闭位置,应用扭矩则按表7所述)。在阀门一端进行打压时,应在另一端进行可视性检验,施压端应灌满水并施加表2和2a所述的压力。 FLUID: THE TEST FLUID IS WATER WITH THE CHARACTERISTICS INDICATED IN PARAGRAPH 4.9 OF THIS SPECIFICATION. 液体: 试压液体的水质需满足4.9段所述的特性。 PRESSURE: THE TEST

35、PRESSURE SHOULD BE ACCORDING TO WHAT IS INDICATED IN TABLE No.2 FOR BOLTED BONNET VALVES, OR TABLE No. 2a FOR PRESSURE SEAL VALVES. THE TEST PRESSURE WILL BE SELECTED ACCORDING TO THE BODY AND THE BONNET CLASS CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL.压力: 测试压力需参照表格2中栓接阀盖阀门的压力要求,或参照表格2a中压力自密封阀门的要求。测试压力的选择取决于阀体阀盖的压力等级和材质

36、结构。 TIME: THE TEST TIME SHOULD BE ACCORDING TO WHAT IS INDICATED IN TABLE No 4, DEPENDING ON VALVE CLASS AND NOMINAL MEASUREMENT. 时间: 试压时间需参照表4并取决于阀门的压力等级和尺寸。 LEAKAGE RANGE: DETECTABLE LEAKS IN THE BODY SEAT RING ARE UNACCEPTABLE, DETECTABLE LEAKS IN THE DISC-RING SEAT SHOULD FALL WITHIN THE VALUES

37、INDICATED IN TABLE No.5 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE. 泄漏范围: 阀体阀座圈可视的破坏性泄漏将不被接受,阀瓣密封圈有泄漏但在表5所述的泄漏范围之内的可被考虑接受。5.3.2 PNEUMATIC SEAT TEST 阀座的气压测试APPLYING EXTERNAL LOADS ON THE VALVE ENDS THAT HELP TO OBTAIN THE SEAT SEAL IS NOT ALLOWED. AFTER DOING THE HYDROSTATIC SEAT TEST, THE PRESSURE AND TES

38、T FLUID (WATER) SHOULD BE COMPLETELY ELIMINATED. 在阀门两端施加外界压力来使阀门达到密封的做法将不被接受。做完液压测试后应及时清除试压液体(水),并保持阀门干燥。THE VALVE SHOULD BE PARTIALLY OPENED IN ORDER TO APPLY COMPRESSED AIR INTO ONE OF ITS ENDS AFTERWARDS, WHICH SHOULD CIRCULATE THROUGH THE DISC SO THAT THE VALVE CLOSES, APPLYING A TORQUE IN ACCOR

39、DANCE WITH WHAT IS INDICATED IN TABLE No. 7. 将阀门处于部分开启状态,以便打压气体可以从阀门一端通向另一端,使阀瓣可以关闭。(C) THE FOLLOWING STEP WILL BE TO FILL THE PORT TO BE INSPECTED COMPLETELY WITH WATER.以下步骤需要在阀门管道内充满水后检验FASTENING: ACCORDING TO FIGURE B 抓紧力: 参照备注”B”FLUID: THE TEST FLUID IS AIR.流体: 测试流体为空气。PRESSURE: THE PRESSURE RAN

40、GE FOR THIS TEST IS FROM 80 TO 100 P.S.I.压力: 做此压力测试的气压应该为80至100PSI。TIME: THE TEST TIME SHOULD BE ACCORDING TO WHAT IS INDICATED IN TABLE No 4, DEPENDING ON VALVE CLASS AND NOMINAL MEASUREMENT.时间: 试压时间参照表4要求,同时取决于阀门的压力等级和尺寸。 LEAKAGE RANGE: DETECTABLE LEAKS IN THE BODY SEAT RING ARE UNACCEPTABLE, DETE

41、CTABLE LEAKS IN THE DISC-RING SEAT SHOULD FALL WITHIN THE VALUES INDICATED IN TABLE No.5 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE. 泄漏范围: 阀座圈的任何破坏性的泄漏将不被接受,阀瓣密封圈有泄漏但在表5所述的泄漏范围之内的可被考虑接受。6.0 GLOBE VALVE TEST PROCEDURE : 截止阀的测试程序 6.1 BODY AND BONNET BUSHING TEST. 上密封座的测试THIS TEST INCLUDES THE BODY AND BONNE

42、T SURFACE, FLANGED JOINT (BODY-BONNET) AND STEM BONNET BUSHING BACK SEAT INSPECTIONS.THIS TEST SHOULD BE DONE BY APPLYING PRESSURE ON THE INSIDE PART OF THE VALVE WITH ITS ENDS COMPLETELY CLOSED AND THE VALVE COMPLETELY OPEN, CARRYING OUT A DOUBLE SEAL BETWEEN THE STEM AND THE BONNET BUSHING, WITH T
