15、and tidy.我国着名的教育家陈鹤琴先生认为,儿童天生是喜欢活动的。活动与成功是紧密联系的。我发觉高中学生也是喜欢活动的,于是在教学设计中我还喜欢用活动来调动学生的积极性。比如在学习第二课我很重要时,我让学生先预习课文,然后在班上挑选活泼且比较有表演欲望的10位同学出来,分为两组,进行“我很重要,我不重要”这一个辩论赛;再选出4位比较稳重的同学做评委,评出最佳辩手及优胜法,最后还确定一位主持。这样,开学之初,一台辩论赛就这样初步定下来。接下来的时间是组织10位选手多方面地去收集资料,多角度地去思考问题,我要做的事情是相信他们的能力,指导并鼓励他们。由于准备充分,结果选手辩得激情洋溢,闪光点
