1、阅读教学工作总结古今中外，学者一致认为：多读书是学生提高语文素养的有效手段。“读书破万卷，下笔如有神叶圣陶先生曾说：“学语文，岂能仅仅读语文,必须在国文教本之外再看其它的 书，越多越好。这样才能养成阅读书籍的习惯，培植欣赏文学的 能力，训练写作的技能。”崔峦先生也讲过：“如果学生在小学 阶段有一二百万字的阅读量，脑子里装着上百篇，80首古诗，有 了比较丰富的语言积累，读写能力一定会提高阅读心理学认 为：阅读不仅是一种重要的能力，也是从事生产劳动，以及各项 工作的基本技能。教师和家长不可能永远陪伴着孩子，而好书却 可以成为他们终生的良师益友。为适应未来社会对人才的需求, 小学阶段必须重视学生阅读

2、能力的培养。新课程标准第一次明确 规定了学生课外阅读的数量：二年级每年学生不少于5万字。随 着二年级学生识字量的不断增多，培养二年级学生良好的课外阅 读习惯已经具备了一定的条件。针对二年级的学生特点，以及学 生读书的层次不齐，我主要从培养孩子的读书方法和读书兴趣来 抓起，让学生选择适合自己的读物，一步一步地走进课外阅读的 多彩世界。下面我就谈谈平时在这方面是如何做的。一、激发孩 子的阅读兴趣，使学生乐读。爱因斯坦说过：“兴趣是最好的老 师” O我国古代大教育家孔子也曾经说过“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者那么如何激发课外阅读的兴趣呢？我常用生动形象的语言向学生简介要读的内容，以激发其阅读兴
