2、l it code standard in short). 2. 適用範圍usable scope本程序對公司有關法規標準的獲取、更新、識別、評價和控制做出規定。 this procedure will make the regulation for acquiring , updating , recognizing , appraising and controlling simona tannings relative code standard. 3. 職責responsibility3.1環工組environment team：a) 定期（每月一次）查詢、獲取或更新有關法規標準；to

5、and hui cheng areas relative law and code standard；d) 公司産品出口國相關環保法律法規要求（必要時）the exporter countrys relative environment law and codes requirements （if necessary）；e) 有關産品環保方面的國際資訊relate to products environmental international information；f) 客戶和公衆提出的環保要求environment requirements brought by customer and

6、public ；g) 其他other。4.2有關法規標準的獲取 about the code standards acquirement( how to get the code standards)4.2.1國際方面的環保法規標準可通過：國際/國家/地區通報、電子網路查詢、公司法律顧問、國外客戶等方式獲取。for international environment code we can get by through：international/county/ areas circular, looking for in the internet, companys law consulta

7、nt and abroad customer etc. 4.2.2國內外客戶提出的環保要求資訊可通過顧客滿意度調查活動獲取，公司採購部和銷售部負責收集這方面的資訊，幷報環工組存檔。for home and abroad customers environment requirements we can get through investigation activity by purchasing department and customer service department. and report the investigation result to environment team

8、 to keep file. 4.2.3國內方面有關的法規標準由環工組通過下列方式獲取for domestic environment code standards, the environment team will get it through below ways:a) 每年到惠州市環保局對相關法律及其他要求進行一次獲取。will go to huizhou environment beau to check and update relate laws and other requirements each year.。b) 通過訂閱中國環境報隨時獲取法律法規的最新資訊to get l

9、atest information of laws and codes through booking 。c) 通過網路查詢 中國環境保護網和廣東省環保網等網站to get through internet: china environment protection net and guang dong province environment net.d) 通過參加各種相關的環境培訓，教育，會議等方式隨時獲取to acquire through all kinds of environment training, education, meeting etc.4.2.4公司其他各職能部門/人

10、通過任何途徑獲取的有關最新法規標準要求應及時傳報給環工組other departments in simona tanning / staff get the update codes standards through any method should report to environment team in time.4.3有關法規標準的傳達和應用the code standards communication and use4.3.1公司所獲取的有關法規標準由環工組進行識別、歸類、登記，填寫有關法律、法規和其他要求一覽表，經管理者代表審批後下發給公司各有關部門，內文詳細內容可在公司內

12、rnal net.4.3.2與公司重大環境因素有關的法律法規及其它要求，由環工組登記在重要環境因素相關環境法規登記表，經管理者代表審批後下發至相關部門the laws and codes which are important to simona tannings environment , the environment team will register it in, after administrators sign, then issue to relate departments. 4.3.3與公司重大環境因素有關的環境質量與污染物排放國家和地方標準，由環工組登記在環境質量與污染物

13、排放標準登記表經管理者代表審批後下發至相關部門environment quality and pollution discharge standards( including state and local standards), which refer to our companys important environment factors will be registered by the environment team by the form of 4.3.4 對于一系列緊急或最新的相關法律、法規、要求，環工組可通過公司公告欄或廣播、內部網路等類似形式進行下達for a seriou

14、s of emergency or latest laws, codes, requirements, the environment team will inform to everybody by companys public boards or broadcast.4.4 有關法規標準的更新和控制 for updating and controlling the laws and codes standards.4.4.1環工組每半年一次對公司所有的有關法規標準的適用性和有效性進行評價，根據評價情况修改有關法律、法規和其他要求一覽表，幷及時下發各部門the environment te
