1、2012-2013 英语必修4 人教版新课标Unit 5金牌教案( Period 1)Unit 5 Theme parks第一部分金色教案教学设计说明About the topic and the structures单元话题和结构本单元的话题是“主题公园”,介绍了一些著名的主题公园,并让学生解了主题公园与一般公园的异同,以及主题公园半个世纪以来的发展,让学生懂得主题公园带给人们的不仅仅是娱乐, 还有各种各样的知识和激动人心的新体验。文章侧重介绍了几个类型的主题公园,让学生开阔了视野,对本单元的话题有了较为全面的了解。本单元语言知识项目是“构词法”。本单元功能项目是:问路、问方向。本单元还要求

2、学生学习写作“解释文:小册子”。金色教案教学设计在单元课时划分上与课本保持一致,即“阅读课、知识课、运用课三课时/三课型划分” 。但在实际教学过程中,建议教师依据学生基础、教学条件、学校安排的因素,对课本、对金色教案教学设计重新划分课时,裁剪、拼接使用提供的材料,以便“物尽所用”,达到最佳教学效果。教师也可以参照金色教案提供的“实际教学过程课时划分建议”进行教学。Period 1Reading阅读课Warming Up课本以图片呈现不同风格的主题公园,引起学生兴趣,然后提出问题,便于学生小组讨论。教师也可以参考使用本书如下设计进行热身:Warming up by discussing,Warm

3、ingup by watching and listening,Warming up by telling experiences。Pre-reading课本和本书的设计都是“看图讨论”。Reading 通过释读题目(THEME PARKS FUN AND MORE THAN FUN),明确建造主题公园的目的,帮助学生加强对本主题的理解。课后练习题的设置科学合理,由浅入深,有理解部分也有学生自己思考、写的内容,不仅锻炼了学生思考问题、解决问题的能力,也锻炼了学生的书写、写作的能力。教师应当引导学生从形式到内容理解课文、记忆课文、运用课文。教师可以参考本书下列程序设计: Talking and

4、sharing, Listening and reading aloudReading to identify the topic sentence of each paragraphinformation, Reading and understanding difficult sentences, Reading and underlining, Reading and transferring, Closing down by having,adiscussion。Period 2Learning about language知识课Learning about Language 分为两个

5、部分,Discovering useful words and expressions涉及阅读中的主要词汇,巩固了所学内容。Discovering useful structures归纳、介绍了一些构词法知识,如合成法、派生法(前缀、后缀),对于学生有效地记忆词汇、了解英语词汇的构成会有一定的帮助。至于教学步骤,请参考:Warming up by discoveringusefulwords and expressions,Learningabout Word formation,Ready used materialsforWord formation,Closingdown by summ

6、arizing。Period 3Using language运用课Using Languag e 部分,通过听、读和说、写的训练,介绍了深圳的中华名俗文化村、法国的“观测未来(FUTUROSCOPE)”科技主题公园,让学生在情景中运用语言,同时了解不同文化背景、不同类型的主题公园,拓宽视野。写作部分要求学生以义务导游的身份自选一个主题公园,写一篇介绍短文;说的部分,要求学生以“问路”为题,进行角色扮演。这些为学生提供了使用本单元所学语言的情景和机会。本书如下教学步骤可能对教师们有所帮助:Warming up bylisteningand readingaloud , Reading and u

7、nderlining, Doing exercises, Acting, Doing aproject, Closing down by filling a form实际教学过程课时划分建议Period 1将 Warming Up、 Pre-reading、Reading和Comprehending整合在一起上一节“阅读课”。Period 2将 Learning about language和 Workbook 中的USING WORDS AND EXPRESSIONS、USING STRUCTURES整合在一起上一节“语言知识课”。Period 3将 Using language设计为一节包

8、括听说读写单项技能或组合技能训练的“综合技能课(一)”。Period 4将 Workbook 的 READINGANDLISTENING 和 TALKING整合在一起上一节“听说课”。Period 5将 Workbook 的 LISTENING TASK、 READING AND WRITING TASK和 SPEAKING TASK整合为一节“综合技能课(二)”。第二部分教学资源说明Section 1Background背景围绕单元话题“Festival around the world”,金色教案提供了几则语言规范、短小精干的趣味性材料。这些材料既可以作为教师教学参考材料为教师所用,也可以
