24、2.Surge arrester should be checked and tested carefully before in stallati on, as well as every one or two years after operation, test result should be recorded, including time, temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, installation place, rated voltage, and other technical data. Detail testing

25、items as follows:(1) . Visual check ing: Check the appeara nee of polymer hous ing if has crack or not, to see whether it has satisfied seali ng performa nee.(2) . D.C. refere nee voltage test at U 1mA： Apply D.C voltage on the both sides of surge arrester (Fluctuation of D.C voltage should be less

26、than 1.5%). When current steadily flow through the surge arrester is 1mA, then record the voltage value, which should be more tha n 58kV.(3) . Leakage curre nt test at D.C. 0.75U 1mA: Apply 75% of U 1mA on the surge arrester, record the curre nt value, which should be less tha n 50A. (Note: This ite

27、m testshould be perform on sunny day, the hous ing of surge arrester should be clea n or groun ded before test ing, or testi ng result will be not exact.)3. Power freque ncy discharge voltage test and power freque ncy withsta nd voltage test are not allowed for the surge arresters.投入运行前及常规试验1. 避雷器的硅

28、橡胶外套不宜经常擦洗。2. 避雷器在安装投运前及每运行 1-2年后，须进行认真检查和测试，并将测试结果进行记录。记录内容包括：时间、温度、相对湿度、气压、安装地点、额定电压和性能数据等。具体检测项目有：(1)外观检查：检查有机外套有无裂缝，判断避雷器的密封性能有无缺陷。（2）UmA直流参考电压测试：避雷器两端施加直流电压（直流电压的脉动不大于1.5%），待流过避雷器的电流稳定为1mA时，读取电压值，其值应不小于 58Kv。（3）直流0.75 U1mA下的泄漏电流测量：对避雷器施加 0.75倍U1mAS流电压，读取 电流值，其值应不大于50卩A。注：在进行该项试验时，应选择晴朗天气，测量前将避雷

Whe n disassembly you can directly loose n the screw on the cap and the bottom of the arrestor.因避雷器是单

38、机设备，更换时直接拆卸，即将高压端接线端子螺栓和底座螺栓拧下即可。5.5.3 Excha nge con cept更换概念Whe n you want to replace the destroyed surge arrestor you should disassembly the whole arrestor directly and replace it with a new one.因避雷器是单机设备，更换时将整个避雷器拆卸下来并重新安装合格的避雷器。5.5.4 Disma ntli ng拆解Disassembly the whole destroyed surge arrestor

39、directly because it is stand-alone.
