12、i ng mak ing every one a full- time telecommuter.But justgetting half of the workforce to work from home or in a nearby facility two days a week would save 20% of the gasoline now being consumed by moving people from homes to offices.Second, we also need some national public policy initiatives to en

13、courage people to work from home.It s time to realize just how critical telecommuting and distributed work are to our national security on several levels.It s about reducing our dependence on foreign sources of energy.It s about business continuity in the face of natural disasters(Katrina , etc.) an

You will only achieve this by sticking to the order of the plan and not deviating or trying to do more at a time.Last but not

23、 the least, you should never give up things mid-project. It will only annoy every one around you in cludi ng yourself.So,don t be afraid of organization.
