10、me意为“几点”,用以询问具体的时间,如几点几分When do you go to school?你什么时候去上学?I go to school from Monday to Friday.我周一到周五去上学。When/What time do we have dinner,Mom?妈妈,我们什么时间/几点吃晚饭?At 7:00.七点。2.My birthday is on May 2nd.我的生日是五月二日。(教材第43页)on May 2nd中的介词on可以省略,May 2nd意为“五月二日”,在表示日期时,要注意以下几点:在美式英语中,记载方法是按月、日、年的顺序,“日”与“年”中间要用
11、逗号隔开,书写时“日”可以写成序数词形式,也可直接写成阿拉伯数字形式,但读时一定读作序数词。April 10th,1997=4/10/1997即1997年4月10日。在英式英语中,记载方法是按日、月、年的顺序,其他同上面所讲相同。10th April,1997=10/4/1997即1997年4月10日。3.Happy birthday!生日快乐!(教材第44页)此句的应答语为Thank you.。happy adj.意为“愉快的;高兴的”。常用短语有:be happy for sb.为某人感到高兴be happy with/about sb./sth.对某人、某事满意be happy to d

Im thirteen.我十三岁。(教材第44页)(1) 这是询问年龄的常用语,其同义句是:Whats your age?(2) 回答“how old”的句型通常为“主句+谓语+基数词(+years old),所以Im fifteen.”是简略形式。How old is your brother?你哥哥(弟弟)多大?He is nineteen.他19岁了。Exercise1、 单项选择。1. _is the dog? 21、hen为疑问副词,常用来询问时间,意为“什么时候”。When is sb.s birthday?是用来询问某人生日是何时的常用句型,意为“的生日是什么时候?”其答语为:Sb.s birthday/Its+日期,这里sb.s要用形容词性物主代词或名词所有格。When is her birthday?她的生日是什么时候?Her birthday is on August 9th.她的生日是8月9日。2. 名词所有格表示“某人的”,通常是 “名词+s”。2、 序数词1. 概念:表示事物的顺序的数词叫做序数词,它的作用相当于名词或形容词。2. 构成:(1) 变异类:onefirst第一;twoseco
22、nd第二;threethird第三。(2) 普通类:第四至第十九均在相应的基数词后加-th,但第五(fifth)和第十二(twelfth)均把基数词five和twelve词尾的ve改为f,再加-th。基数词eight的序数词,直接在后加-h,即eighth。基数词nine的序数词,将词尾的e去掉,再加-th,即ninth。(3) “ty类”:即以“ty”结尾的整十的序数词是把对应基数词的最后一个字母y变成i,再加-eth。如:twentytwentieth;fortyfortieth(4) 几十几类:表示“几十几”的基数词变序数词时,只将个位变成序数词,十位数不变。如:twenty-three
23、twenty-third【注意】序数词的前面往往加定冠词the,但当序数词前有物主代词、指示代词等修饰时,则不必加the。3、 时间介词on,in与at辨析1.on常用在表示星期几或具体某一日及某一日的上午、下午或晚上的名词前。如:on May 4th在五月四日2.in常用在年、月、季节、世纪及表示泛指上午、下午或晚上的名词前。如:in March在三月;in the morning在早上3.at常用在表示某一具体时刻的名词前。如:at ten在十点;at noon在正午Exercise1、 根据要求完成句子。1.
