11、jlcz型化工流程泵一种单级单吸悬臂式离心泵，其有关标记，额定性能参数和尺寸均采用iso2858-1975（e），泵体通过下部的底脚支承固定在底座上，泵的进口方向水平方向，泵的出口方向为垂直向上，与密封腔连成一体的泵盖采用后开门式，即夹紧在泵体与悬架之间。叶轮经过静、动平衡校验，用叶轮并帽和锁母与轴套一起固定在轴上。泵轴由两列或三列轴承支承在悬架部件中，悬架部件通过悬架支架泵体一起固定在底座上，泵体以及悬架部件与悬架支架均由螺母栓连接。轴与电动机由联轴器联接。 type jlcz chemical process pump is single-stage single-suction cant
