( its on june 1st .)picture 1/2 : what will ken , ann and david do in the concert ?what are they doing now ? (they will play together in the concert . ken will play the guitar . ann will play the piano . david will play the drums .)will mocky play in the concert ?what will he do ?(no, he will not . he will go to it .)picture 3: will kens parents go to the concert ?what is he reading ? ( yes ,they will .he is reading the program .)picture 4: who came into the kitchen ? (ken and anns mother came into the kitchen .)picture 5: what is happening now ? (david is not well .he cant play the drums .)picture 6 /7 : who will play the drum ? (mocky will play the drums .)step5. tell the story.1. have the children look at the pictures . point to each picture and tell the story to them.2. tell the story again .draw the childrens attention to the key sentences by repeating or stressing them .step5 read the storylisten to the tape ,lets hear what the characters said .listen again ,look ,point and read after the tape .step 6. extended activities1. work in groups :talk about what musical instruments they can play .2. ask the children to dub the story .step 7.summary1. the important sentences:2. use the language points in the real situations.step 7. set homework1. activity booklisten to the story. and try to tell the story toyour parents or your friends in english.vii. blackboard planning 3. after classlesson 1concert , drum , flute . guitar , piano . really . supper , violinchildrens day ,believe , kid , music , start , tonighti will go to the concert tomorrow .you will not visit uncle booky next
