7、局部通风机必须配备同等能力的备用局部通风机，正常工作的局部通风机必须采用三专（专用开关、专用电缆、专用变压器）供电。备用局部通风机电源必须取自同时带电的另一电源，当正常工作的局部通风机故障时，备用局部通风机能自动启动，保证回撤通道正常通风。 8、必须采用抗静电、阻燃风筒。9、使用局部通风机供风的地点必须实行风电闭锁，保证当正常工作的局部通风机停止运转或停风后能切断停风区内全部非本质安全型电气设备的电源。第三节
