要可以说的跨国公司已经延伸到我们生活的各个领域,甚至他们的一举一动都对我国的经济都产生一定的影响。2007年经济危机的爆发就是最好的一个证明,如何找到突破口让我们的国企也走出去创立自己的品牌,在经营管理层面上我们不得不承认我们还有许多缺陷,其中有一点就是跨国公司有自己的核心思想,众所周知,核心思想就是目光远大的世界级公司一个必不可少的组成部分。例如美国惠普公司的核心思想包括“最终和关心雇员的个人利益”一条,这一条是永远不变的;沃尔玛公司的核心思想“使顾客出乎意料的满意”一条,这一条是永远不变的。随着中国加入世贸组织,我们企业开始迎接来自于世界大公司的挑战一起分享中国这块大蛋糕 ,在面临挑战的同时,新的思想也开始涌入中国,那些没实力的零散的小企业在竞争中被吞噬,对于中国的企业来说,我们不仅要提高个人能力,还要提高企业的整体竞争优势。这就要求我们的管理者必须具备创建学习型团队和系统思考的能力。最近几年我们经常说我们的国内企业在关税或受到其他国家的反倾销,我们的很多企业都很难应对跨国公司的条款,所以这给我们很大的警示,我们的企业既然选择走出国门,就必然要了解国际原则。像成沃尔玛的成功就告诉了我们要如何树立好企业的品牌效应。所以我们的企业应该在竞争中不断的完善自己,让我们也尽快加入到世界的行列之中 ,成为跨国公司的一员。关键词:竞争 ;经济;原则;abstract as we known ,the transnational corporation has been extended to all areas of our lives, even their every movement and every action-ones behavior on the economy influenced china. the economic crisis breakthrough in 2007 is one of the best proof for our enterprises . we must find a turning point in building our own branding, we have to admit that ourselves own many defects on the business management, including point is that we have not the transnational corporations core idea, we all know, the core ideas. the core ideas is a world-class vision and an essential part of the transnational corporations core idea. for example, the core idea of the u.s. hewlett-packard, including the ultimate personal interest and concern for employees, wal-marts core idea of make the unexpected customer unexpected satisfaction with chinas accession to the wto, our enterprise began to meet the challenge of large companies come from the world, and we share the interests of the chinese with the others transnational corporation .at the same time china is faced with formidable challenges and new ideas began pouring into this place, the scattered businesses of china ,especially they have not power to compete with the transactional .the scattered of small businesses was engulfed in competition for chinas enterprises, we must not only improve their personal abilities, but also improving the overall competitive advantage. this requires that our managers must have the system create a learning team and the ability to think. in recent years we have often said that our domestic enterprises in the tariffs or anti-dumping by other countries, many of our businesses are very difficult to deal with the terms of multinational companies, so it gives us great alarm, since the choice of our business to go abroad to bound to understand the international principles. into the wal-marts success as tell us how to set a good corporate brand. so our business will transfer the new technique for the branches in the nations in developed country, thus they obtain the technique advantage of local market. after a period time, the head of company will alienate technique for the branch of the developing country. the multinational company alienation technique wants to consider production ability(or usage produce technical ability) and invests ability(or extension production in order to make use of extend of local market or the ability of the export market) and innovation ability.(it makes to develop a new product and provides new service make technique service with multinational companys foreign branch. since ninety century, inner trade not only influence the international trade system and the trade method ,but also it influence very occurs when a member of one culture produces a message for consumption by a member of another culture. to put it simply, intercultural communication mean communication between people from different culture backgrounds. it consists of several levels of communication . we know from our experience that todays word is becoming smaller because time and space are “shrinking” ,the result of the rapid advancement in the areas of telecommunication and transportation. other factors contribute too, such as international economic relationships ,economic cooperation through regional organizations, the movement of people ,peoples higher standard of living, and environment issues that include over-fishing global-warming ,deforestation ,endangered species ,waste disposal ,and air and water pollution. all these indicate that we have come into more frequent, abundant and significant communication in a global environment . the following activities will alert you to the importance and difficulties involved our world is changing but the questions seem to remain the same,is increased contact between cultures leading to cultural destruction? well maybe it is, and, maybe it isnt. and maybe that is a good thing, and maybe it isnt. but what ever is happening we have to understand that we cannot control it, nor change it, but rather we have to get used to it.2.1.2 the cross-cultural in the peoples heart of approve degreein this modern world there are so many possibilities; many people can live how they wish and where they wish. people choose to take up any identity that they want; in china some westerners embrace chinese culture, whilst their chinese neighbors are wearing nike and eating at kfc. so it is hard to say if this is cultural loss or not. (are americans committing cultural suicide with their kfc and mcdonalds food?) the world is far more complex than we try to make out.and why are we so protective of our culture? (chinese foot-binding, amongst other things, are cultural artifacts which we would rather forget.) why we cant create the new things also be valuable? trying to preserve the old ways when they may be unsuitable for our future or our survival seems ridiculous. we need to move forward to survive. increased contact with other countries and cultures is part of that movement forward.but we will create new things if we give people freedom and resources to do so. i say let people loose, let our culture free; dont try to hold it back or control it, for surely you will only kill it. lets embrace all forms of change; dont worry we can reject them later.2.2 between as west representative of american corporation culture and china corporation culture differencewith the globalization of world business, china has become an appealing market for foreign investors. the problem of cross-cultural management arises as the cooperation between china and its culturally different western partners continues to increase at an unprecedented rate. this presents an understanding on the general cultural differences between america and china by applying the cultural dimensions of hofstede and bond. it also discusses the impact of these cultural differences on their management practice from five aspects: cooperative strategies, conflict management, decision-making, work-group characteristics, and motivation stylethe 21st century is an era of the globalization of world economy. cross-national business is facing great challenges in cultural difference cultural and political differences also present significant barriers to doing business in china. when western businesses enter the chinese market, they tend to focus on the language barrier and bureaucratic red tape. but to be successful, you must also understand chinas long history and culture, say school of business faculty with expertise in doing business in and with china. in one survey entitled what is the biggest barrier in doing business in the world market, cultural differences ranked first in all eight items including law, price competition, information, language, delivery, foreign currency, time differences, and cultural differences. hofstede believes that the spread of businesses onto the global stage brings the issue of national and regional differences to the fore. there is something in all countries called management, but its meaning differs to a larger or smaller extent from one country to another it can also be observed that most of the failures faced by cross-national companies are caused by neglect of cultural differences. on one hand the globalization of the world economy has created tremendous opportunities for global collaboration among different countries; on the other hand, however, it has also created a unique set of problems and issues relating to the effective management of partnerships with different cultures. with the increasing importance of the china market in the world economy, many international companies rushed and planned to enter china to explore business opportunities. they enter the huge market by forming joint ventures or participating in mergers and acquisitions. this has spurred the need for cross-cultural research in china. it was reported that the great barriers caused by cultural differences like difficulty of communication, higher potential transaction costs, different objectives and means of cooperation and operating methods, have led to the failure of many sino-foreign cooperation projects. the questions like how to understand china and how to do business with chinese people have occupied the minds of international business people who are planning to enter china.chapter iii american company in china market strategy3.1american company in china market3.1.1american company capture the china customer character american company success ultimately depends on suspending your beliefs about what you think you know about doing business in china. the closest parallel to chinas amazing growth is americas emergence as an economic giant during the nineteenth century. but chinas sustained growth is w
